Amazing location however the food did not impress me or my family. We picked a pre dinner time so it wasn’t very busy. Seated on second level giving us one of the best views of the bay. People were very nice. I just wished the food had some flavoring in it. The Caribbean shrimp dish i had came with half cooked rice and over buttered shrimps making it not a good combo to eat. Anyways, i will wait for a while before I try it again.

Took a friend here for my first visit and we had a blast! Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. I had the the scallop risotto and it was fabulous. Unique cocktails as well! Sky took good care of us on the patio and was super fun and informative. Will definitely be back again!

The view is probably the best in Manteo but that’s where the good part ends. Ordered butternut squash pasta. It truly tasted like wallpaper paste and the pasta was not done. We had to ask for the check then had to ask for the server to take our payment as she was sitting in the corner when not waiting on tables.

I would like to preface and say that we went later at 7 and were a larger party but I’m honestly not sure how much that had to do with it…we were all very disappointed in the food and also the price. For the prices they’re charging you should be satisfied with the meal. My glazed salmon was over cooked and lacked glaze, the steamed pots were over cooked and also the meat in the crab legs were lite. Which I get you can’t control but they should be weighing them and adjusting the portion. A lot of the food was cold. Our sever was on her own and did a great job accommodating our party. They restaurant also wasn’t busy so it’s not like the food was sitting. I would go to grab a drink and check out the view but I would spend my money on a nicer meal somewhere else.

I was at first put off due to the number of people staring at us when we walked in. We were a large family, so I got over it. However, off gate, one of the regular patrons offered to purchase all of the kids in my group dessert. That was super mins off him abs he kept his word would not let us leave without it. Thank you to that gentleman. Our server, Sierra, apologies off misspelled. She was ABSOLUTELY GREAT at her job. I deeply apologize if we were overwhelming or too much for her. She handled things to the best of her ability. She offered great recommendations, was on point getting this that we needed, and even was on point with my drink orders because I only drink whiskey. Order a Goesling mule, I named it! Thank me later. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll be back and she’ll be my server. Thank you Sierra

Hidden gem. Glad Google recommended it. We stopped in on the way to the Elizabethan gardens. Staff was attentive and our drinks and food were perfect especially after a long rainy cold day.

Crab dip was the only good thing. My husbands food was ice cold, and when they were asked to at least microwave it, they took a long time and brought it out cold again. I think they make their food and leave it out for a long time before serving. Waitress asked the other tables how everything was going, but didn’t check up on us once until I went up to say something. And the table behind us that was seated after got their food before us.. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Learn how to treat your customers

I don’t normally write reviews but was really disappointed by the food here. We searched for a while for a nice place with a view and some crab legs. We were mislead by the good reviews. The steamed crab legs came with 2 little potato pieces and cold corn, could not get the crab meat out because it was old or had been maybe overcooked. We returned the food. We were on the second floor. Pretty view, but food did not live up to the reviews, we left still hungry.

The food was the best we had on our trip. The tuna shishimi was by far the best I’ve ever had. Steamer pot was enough for 2 and enough to take some home. The hush puppies with honey butter were good, and the homemade butter was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!!

If you are looking for the view and great food with drinks, then this is the place you want. Their drinks, dragon berry splash and ruby relaxer, are awesome. Sweet, tangy, and strong enough to be fun! Their crab dip and fried fish are awesome too. It was a bit more on saltier side for me but some might find it okay. Their catch of the day which was Mahi was awesome too. It wasn’t too salty or anything. Cooked well as well. Service was okay not bad either. Try the place if it interests you.
