I used to order from this location and the one in Fairfield ALL time, but today was the last time. Not only did they raise their prices significantly but how do you raise your prices & lower the quality and taste of your food?? I ordered a simple small cheese calzone, which is now $2 more than before, which would’ve been fine because everything is going up these days but raised prices with poor tasting quality food ensures I’m never returning. My calzone barely had any ricotta cheese, it was flat (barely any filling) and off-tasting. I just wasted $10 on this b.s.

I used to order here all the time & always had such amazing serve and food. Then ordered here the other night for the first time in a while and the food was HORRIBLE. The calamari was soggy & cold – barely any calamari for $12.00. Also, the onion rings came with only a few onion rings. Not only that, the Margherita pizza was soggy & everything fell off the pizza. It came to a total of 66.00 and it was absolutely horrible. The food is not made the same anymore and very overpriced with very little food. Then, I called and they didn’t even offer to refund or give me new food. Most restaurants that I go to usually fill the whole thing for calamari and my pizza never fall apart. My whole family was grossed out and we will never order from here again.

Location has a hard time at hearing. Not sure how they communicate to make sure that they have the customers order correct but it is done poorly. They should not have a fancy website that gives you options on how you like your food to be made just for them to fail when you place an order over the phone. You even get lucky enough for them to tell the customer that they placed the order incorrectly instead of holding themselves accountable for not double and triple checking their food before it gets sent out for delivery. Food may be good, but getting the incorrect order truly kills an appetite.

Horrible. Pizza was undercooked and half way all over the box when it got here. Called them to tell them and the woman on the phone said “ok ill let them know”. No resolution. Non edible food. Never again. And i spent 44 bucks on a medium pizza 2 salads and a 2 Liter pepsi and sprite. DISAPPOINTED. Will never order here again. **look closely at cheese below**

Last time i coming to fairfield pizza coming here for years for lunch. Now by using a DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD is a .30 upcharge fee which i use a debit card and its cash not credit i dont carry cash on me. I cant afford paying for 2 slices more than 8 bucks im sorry.
