There are places that you visit and they are good, and even great. Then there are places that leave an impression. Stockmans is an impression that you’ll want to experience over and over again. An overall great time, with great people, food and drinks.
There is this one particular element that you’ll experience while at Stockmans… a legendary figure among men… should you ever decide that you’re worthy to attempt the challenge… Just venture to the pool table and you’ll hear the name Chris on the wind…. and if you happen to be lucky enough to best the best, then prepare yourself for the man in black….
Be forewarned.

Incredible food and cheap beer, has that classic old small town feel with a lively bar and pool table. Highly recommend as a stop-by meal or a late night hang out.

Super cozy vibes here!! We stopped here on our drive to Fort Collins and were impressed. They have a huge wood burning fire place that makes the bar smell so nice. It’s a standard dive bar but food is pretty high quality. My fried chicken wrap was delicious and the fries were crispy and seasoned. My friends enjoyed their quesadilla and Philly cheesesteak. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. It was a very pleasant experience 🙂 btw they only take cash and Venmo!

Came here after hiking to lake Agnes (beautiful spot). As a vegetarian it can be a challenge to find food. I had an outrageously delicious grilled veggie Philly cheese sandwich and some fries that I couldn’t believe! They were like twisted wedges of crisp heaven. The place was really cozy and fun. The service was friendly and warm. Would come here again when passing through.

Had the privilege of being able to play some music at this historic Colorado bar on the main drag in Walden. I was there with my wife and several other friends from Pennsylvania to experience the North Park’s Never Summer Rodeo weekend. What an amazing experience. The Stockman’s staff is beyond friendly and all the food I had was delicious, especially the chicken fried steak dinner. It was clear after being inside, that this building is not just a bar. It is home to some of Walden’s heart and soul, a meeting point for many good friends and neighbors, and a definite staple to the towns cozy and hospitable feel. It is the perfect western country hometown bar. I applaud the owner Jenny Blevins and family for preserving this piece of Walden history.
