Been here twice @ 530pm and it’s locked up. All indications online show they closed at 7pm. Fyi, the gas station next door has good coffee and it’s cheaper.

The coffee is terrible. I’m an avid Dunkin’ customer and the taste of their coffee is not consistent with other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I went to the Danbury one today and that one was good. The other Southbury Dunkin’ coffee is terrible as well. Not sure why, maybe they mix their beans (with lower quality)?

Found this Dunkin Donuts by accident. Really only needed to use the restroom (clean enough) but got a donut and some drinks. Service fine, odd where my drink was for pickup- on the counter of an opened door to the kitchen. Good it had a label on it or I wouldn’t have known it was for me! Nice sitting area- never saw a Dunkin Donuts with a fireplace!

This Dunkin is a joke. I have gone in by myself and with my fiancé and gotten aggressively bad service on both occasions. Your manager and employees have no problem flirting heavily with my fiancé and giving him stellar service but when it’s me a woman you guys don’t even want to do the bare minimum. Hell I picked up my items this morning and it looks like someone took a couple of huge drinks out if my drink. If this is the kind of service that you’re choosing to offer then maybe you need to find a different job! I’m sick of this kind of treatment!

This is by far the worst Dunkin in Southbury. Sadly, I’ve been to this Dunkin over 1,000 times in 5 years. Over the past year or so, the quality and service has plummeted.
Every order is inconsistent whether it be food or coffee. You never know what you’re going to get here. If you do delivery they never put a straw in the bag, forget donuts and food or completely ignore what you put down for food. The same goes for in the store.
If you’re going after 2pm it’s almost guaranteed your drink won’t be good and they’ll only have a very limited selection of donuts and food until they close.
The employees are just laughing, having a good time while the store is in shambles. I know what it’s like to work fast food and retail for minimum wage at a young age. It’s good to have fun and joke around to pass the time but it comes to a point where the other stuff has to get done too and you can have fun and joke around while actually doing your job.
Staff turnover is high and ever since the core staff that had been there a while left it’s never been the same.
One day if we can ever resurrect the dead and we resurrected William Rosenberg the founder of Dunkin Donuts and took him to this location he would have a heart attack and immediately have to go back down in the grave. So just freshen up the coffee and the dirt around the grave won’t even have time to settle before you have to dig it back up again.

Stopped in to take a break from our trip to Boston via 84. At 6:30pm on a Wednesday night, we walked in to all of the chairs upside down on top of each table. The place had just been mopped – we thought it must be closing. Before we could ask, the employee who was sitting down at a booth on her phone told us that the bathrooms were out of service. As we were planning on using the restrooms and then getting coffee and sweet treats for our family of four before getting back on the road, we left. Upon reflection of this weird interaction, we wondered if the employee just wanted to clean up early and go home. We were totally going to spend money in this store. Unfortunately, we were chased away.

Nice place, good service and seating. However, the music being played inside the dining area is very loud and extremely annoying. I had to walk out the place before finishing my dining. Totally frustrating, I’m a senior so maybe the Dunkin management should show some concern for people like me. Reduce the volume please!
