I am a loyal Dunkin’ customer and frequent this location due to convenience, but because of the environment it is not first choice. The amount of times at this location have I witnessed the most unprofessional workers, but the dirty environment is appalling for the area it is located. Let alone my drink having to be remade due to pure carelessness. Someone needs to come in here take a look at the standards this location has fallen to be. I don’t need workers crying while making orders or staff members arguing with customers. Do better. This location has lost my business, the next town over has better standards.
