Stix has always been a pretty decent spot over the years! The service is always top tier & the prices are pretty decent. However the food itself does lack flavor these days. Not sure what has happened in the flavor dept. however, I will give them 4 stars overall for their service & drinks.

I was seated right away and on a Sunday night around 6pm. Since I have never been there the waitress suggested the most popular items. I chose the Steak and Shrimp teriyaki hibachi which came with generous portions. It was my first time trying the ginger salad, so good!!! My daughter had the bluff city roll which she said was SO good!

Delicious food, friendly wait staff. It was the end of the night but the restaurant could have been a little cleaner. I had the Diablo shrimp hibachi, it was quite delicious. Just my personal taste, the shrimp could have been a little more spicy. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely suggest this place when you’re in collierville.

Okay so I have mixed reviews about this place, the service was awesome, but the food was bland with no seasoning (asking my other 6 guests in the process). Definitely needed more sauce on the side. Rice was undercooked & sad to say there was a hair in my nephew’s food the waitress instantly corrected it, but the food no bueno for me. 1st impression not a fan but I don’t think there will be a next time.

Absolutely pathetic. First, called to make reservations but was told they don’t take them (they do). Then, when we got there, they said 30 minute wait, but they’d contact us, and there was a RESERVATION ahead of us. Came back immediately after they texted, but missing one member of party, and they moved us to the side, said to let them know when the whole party was there (short one of seven, and that person came 2 minutes later – still in the 5 minute window), and when we regrouped, we were told we were moved to the bottom of the list, and the wait would be over an hour. Horrible service, despite us being polite and on time then whole time. Will never even attempt to eat there again. I’d give it zero stars if allowed

Absolutely not…. do not waste your time. Place is not authentic, food was extremely bland, drinks were straight juice, ginger salad (that they forgot to bring out and we had to ask for) was drenched in dressing that tasted like.sweet mayo and not ginger. It was more like coleslaw. I ordered medium steak and chicken teriyaki. Steak came out like rubber, chicken was dry as hell. The rice was not fried rice. Not butter, garlic, seasoning or vegetables in it. It tasted like greasy minute rice and one fried in it. We asked to remake steaks to medium like ordered and were told we had to wait 15 to 20 min. We just sent out food back… paid for the 2 drinks that we had to ask another shot for since they tasted like juice. Do NOT COME HERE. Find another hibachi….

The food was good fresh and hot. We had to send the fried back because it was suppose to be no onions. They corrected that with no problem. Our server seemed a little off. We couldn’t really connect with him. This wasn’t the friendliest or the most inviting restaurant, but The food was plentiful and tasty
