Not a fast food restaurant, we make everything to order. All ingredients are made from scratch daily including beans, Mexican fillings and sauces. This is a cute little food shack with picnic benches in the back and friendly employees. But abominable food. Fish tacos had a very scant amount of cheese, colorless lettuce, and one small piece of picked onion. The fish was likely frozen in sticks and extremely dry. The side of black beans were dry and tasteless. The food was remarkable for how bad it was. It all went in the garbage.

Great burgers, excellent fries. Before fast food, there were “drive-ins” and the food was much better than any franchise burgers. Steve’s food reminded me of how burgers and fries are SUPPOSED to taste!! Can’t wait to try the tacos. Steve has traveled extensively Mexico and loves true and authentic Mexican food. NOT Taco Bell!

This place was a once a week vist for me and my wife. This year has changed all that food is way worse. The attitude of the new servers is poor. Edit you must have me confused with someone else Ive never gotten a burrito here. Normally its a meatloaf sandwich, whistle stop buger or texas bbq buger ( which now has a mushy instead of crispy onion ring).

Gave this place 5 stars with Steve running it. Food was inedible and was thrown away. Went today to get a burrito and asked to add queso. I got a burrito covered in some fake looking cheese and some burnt stuff on top. All I wanted was to do was add queso inside of it. Won’t be returning . Sad to see Steve is gone. Edit: called to have them make it right , blamed it on me and said recipe is the same, queso is not even close. Stingy

Lobster Mac and cheese was doused in chili powder to mask the dried out lobster. Didn’t dare to finish it. Chicken bites…or whatever they are, where overcocked and funny smelling. Taco salad thing was blah, Food is pricey and not what I expected. Maybe I had an off day for this establishment but I won’t chance going there again
