Steve’s has much better bagels than the other bagel shop in the area. They are fresh, lots of flavor combinations and their breakfast sandwiches are great. Our only complaint is the wait times are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it will take five minutes, and other times it will take over an hour. We would be here a lot more if they could have more of a system to even out the wait times.

Great breakfast sandwiches! Highly recommend the Spud or the Willis. Not a fan of the cold brew but everything else is great!

I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese this morning and they put half a pound of cream cheese on them. We had to scrape it all off so it was edible. I normally love Steve’s but this was so disappointing.

I have never had a bad experience with Steve’s bagels! No matter if I’m what type of bagel or if I’m ordering it toasted butter or cream cheese, an egg sandwich, a tuna sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, or just a dozen to take home or bring to work their quality is always amazing. Muffins are good too. They do get busy, understandably, so if you go later in the day the selection might be limited but everyone should check out Steve’s for the best breakfast and lunch around.

I will give this place 5 stars every single time! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The bagels are warm and chewy and fresh daily. I have gone time and time again for breakfast and have never been disappointed. My favorite is called the spud it’s one egg cheese bacon and a hashbrown on any of their bagel and it is fantastic every time. Always hits the spot if you are in the mood for a good bagel.

Great bagels…. However, it seems any restaurant that serves bacon expects people to like it extra soggy and tough. The other issue is and it’s not just here, the order of “Extra Crispy Bacon” even if it’s “Burnt” doesn’t get executed.

Good food but wait time is not so good. I waited 25 minutes for an egg sandwich. There was no line at counter which usually means a five minute wait. They had more staff behind the counter than usual and two people at the grill. Two tables had people waiting for their order and one were friends of mine so had lots of time to chat. They waited almost 1/2 for their 3 sandwiches. Love this place but the inconsistency in wait times drives me nuts. Otherwise they’d get 5 stars.

We’ve been coming to this location for a few months since we moved, bagels are always excellent, until about a week ago. Went in on a busy Sunday and our bagels weren’t good. Tasted like maybe they had forgotten a few things from the bagel dough, patches of raw dough in the middle, stuff like that. Figured it was busy and probably a fluke, but I just went back today and the bagel was the same. As if it didn’t have salt or yeast or something like that. Also tasted like it hadn’t been boiled at all, just baked. We’re sort of wondering if the recipe has changed? We really liked them in the past, but we’re hesitant now to buy again in the future just in case this keeps happening. It’s a bummer too because the staff is always very nice. We would hate to have to find a new bagel place!

The WORST place to go. It is dirty. They don’t use gloves or wear hair nets. The manager laughed when I was talking to her about all the issues in this place. The cashiers are clueless and have zero urgency. It was ridiculous that I called ahead for food and waiting in line for over 40 minutes while two coworkers argued over a mistake for 5 minutes. You want good bagels drive to paddy cakes in Glastonbury.

Stopped in on the Saturday afternoon before Easter. Pretty much cleaned them out of their remaining bagels. They were great 24hrs later at our brunch. Everyone enjoyed both the bagels and spreads we brought.
