When you order, they will make the pizza when you arrive, but don’t worry! They have a authentic high temperature oven specifically made for pizzas that can cook your pies in like 2 minutes so that its hot when they hand it to you and experience the pie at its very best.
Owner is friendly and pays attention to detail, so if you have any questions, be sure to ask him! Especially if you want your pies vegan,vegetarian, or have allergies.

Although my heart is with NYC Style pizza slices, second on the list is Neapolitan…My wife and I just tried a bunch of it in Naples, Italy so, although we don’t claim to be experts, we have a decent sense of what it should be like. Stellenzo’s does a pretty good job of giving you that experience. It’s part of the new SCV Food Hub which is not really set up for dining in. (You can order from any of the restaurants all at once and bring it home, have it delivered, or eat on one of the tiny outside tables on site.)
We tried the Margherita as that’s the litmus test for Neapolitan pizza for a first time at a place. Though there are 2 other vegetarian options on the menu including a pesto and a garlic. I assume you can get one of their other menu pies without meat if you want. I’d love to try a Pepe without the salami and the spicy honey looks enticing.
The Margherita looked fantastic. A nice bridge between the cooked-less pies of Naples, and our American desire to not have to eat them with forks and knives like they do there. It had the right amount of brown spots of the cheese and crust for my tastes. I thought the crust, which one could argue should be the star of a Neapolitan, was slightly more bready than I wanted it to be, especially compared to the one other spot in this part of town that does Neapolitan pies that I’d rank just above Stellenzo’s.
The service was above and beyond. We ordered delivery and when there was a delay with one of the other spots in the SCV Food Hub, Stellenzo’s realized this was happening, and without even being asked, made us a fresh pie so the other restaurant’s delay wouldn’t effect the quality of what Stellenzo’s contributed to the order. That was awfully nice.
I’d try it again.

Santa Clarita, finally gets a proper pizza place. This place is absolutely delicious. The dough, sauce, toppings and flavors are all on point.
These type of pizzas are ate on the spot, while they are hot out of the oven.
I am a big pizza lover and typically make my own pizza at home with my bespoke wood fired oven, but sometimes making the 48 hour dough isn’t on the agenda, in these instances I would be happy to default to this little gem.
Big kiddos to the chef who is taking the time to house make all of the key ingredients. You can taste the passion!

Definitely the best pizza in the SCV! I have tried a couple of the other places with this style of pizza and they don’t even compare. Stellenzo’s makes their own dough fresh everyday and you can tell. The toppings are all fresh and tasty too. My favorites are the Pepe, which definitely has some pep! And the Pesto with honey and the Margherita are outstanding as well. Whether you are pizza connoisseur or just like an occasional pie, this is the spot!

The best and only Neapolitan pizza in Santa Clarita. The Pesto is my absolute favorite! The flavor of the pesto combined with the drizzle of honey is amazing!! My 3 year old loves the Enzo pizza, the simple ingredients is perfect for my son, he can almost finish a whole pizza! If you’re looking for a pizza with fresh ingredients and amazing flavor, this is the place!!

Delicious pizzas! Attended a get together with family and friends which was catered by Stellenzo’s. All flavours fantastic but the pesto with honey was my favourite. Lovely staff too. Will definitely use them for my next party; less time cooking = more time to enjoy company!

One of if not the BEST pies made in the SCV. I’ve been waiting for them to reopen ever since they did a pop up during Covid. So glad I got to have it again!! Would hands down recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Italian pizza made from scratch using legit ingredients. Eddie is the best and is always A1 with service and quality.
