The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food was delicious, especially for the price, and the drinks were just as good. Everything came out quickly and was fresh.
It was a little slow when we first arrived, but by the end of dinner it had gotten pretty busy. Even so, the staff stayed attentive and welcoming the entire time. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Decent menu, great steak night options, healthy fry options and your choice of drinks. Pretty loud and very informal setting with pool tables, darts, casino machines and bar with feet. Waitresses are very occupied with the bar, so don’t expect very attentive service.

Okay. I’m a food, beverage and wine guy, and I’ve made 3 visits to Carmel’s in the last couple of months. Had some classic bar fare to eat each time, the onion rings and fried mushrooms were consistent and yummy. But I want to focus on the BURGERS…these damn delicious burgers. Cooked to order, hot, juicy flavorful ground beef that is perfectly seasoned, fresh, crisp vegetables (lettuce, tomato and onion) to accompany, and your cheese of choice if desired. A fresh, doughy bun sandwiches both ends. You can’t go wrong with these burgers, folks! These come with fries as a standard option, but I’m partial to their onion rings in all honesty. All good with your beverage of choice. Good lunch option too! I do heartily recommend!

We finally found Carmel’s and are glad that we did. Bar/restaurant recently celebrated their first anniversary under new owners. They have been working hard to update the place…ceiling, flooring, bar….they also have plans for a music stage and outdoor patio. Food has been very good- we have had their burgers, Montana Mex tots, and most recently New York strip steak and baked potato. Owners have precious history owning a steak house and my steak was excellent.
Owners/staff are very friendly, make accommodations for food allergies, and really care about your experience.
It hasn’t been busy when we’ve been in there. Ample TVs to watch sports events. Prices seem high for Anaconda but are comparable with other local eateries.
We will be back again…going there rather than Donovan’s anymore.
