This Dunkin has the absolute freshest best tasting hot original coffee of any DUNKIN within a 15 mile radius.! Trust me, I’ve tried them all and I go here every single day. The service isn’t always the friendliest and the atmosphere is a little lackluster compared to other locations. However, I will say the morning crew is phenomenal and super friendly.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Patchogue. Their service is so poor. They never put all of your items in the bag. You’re always missing something when you ask for something toasted they toasted so bad that it’s unable to eat last time I ordered a croissant. They gave it to me black it was burnt to death very dirty. There’s flies all over a fly one inside my little girl’s hair and she starts screaming in there how scared she got it’s the only Dunkin in my area and my little girl loves it, but I will not be ever going there and there’s kids. They have working behind the counter teenagers that have such a big attitude and they yell at you and laugh at you when you have complaints they was making fun of my little girl cuz . She got of the flies. Because they were all over and one flew inside her hair and she got deadly afraid very disgusting location. Do not waste your time. Drive the extra few miles and go to the other one. It’s way better very cleaner and you get treated like a normal customer. this one is just disgusting, I don’t trust them. I feel like they spit in your coffee or whatever you order after you have a complaint and they have to fix it.

I treat myself to a large iced coffee with 7 creams, extra light and 5 pumps either sugar free toasted Almond or French vanilla flavor. Each time I order it it’s made to perfection, creamy and refreshing exactly how I like it! I prefer Dunkin over other coffee shops, the coffee is always fresh, never burnt tasting and the customer service is unmatched. Would recommend DD over and over again for fresh coffee and a treat to anyone, consistency is the key, can’t go wrong here!

The location is in a small strip of stores with a fair amount of parking. Busy in the morning most days, but the employees seem to have a very good handle on their customer service. The ordering and fulfilling goes quickly. Definitely my go to place during the weekday commute!
