6/25/24 I ordered delivery and it was fast. My order was ham and turkey, then I added roast beef with all the fixings. The ham seemed a bit salty to me. I love the crunchy dill pickles on my sandwich. I haven’t ordered from here in a while. More meat on the sandwich than I Remember in a good way. The bread was soft and fresh.

The GM reached out to me and he apologized about this. He said he recently took over as the GM of this store and that he fired most of his other employees from before he came in as the GM. He told me that he would redeliver my order on him and that he would personally deliver it and hand it to me.
Flash forward to the next day he was early and I really appreciate him doing the right thing.
I have ordered from here a couple of times and probably will never order from here again. One of the problems I first encountered is that the delivery driver approached me and confronted me to tip him more on top of what I already tipped him. Another issue that the store has is always being late. Jimmy Johns is known for being freaky fast delivery. Even when I order 1.5 hours ahead of time they are still 30 minutes late. My last order I asked for lettuce and after my order showed up 25 minutes later than what I requested there was no lettuce on the sandwich at all. They always complain that they are short staffed, but if you have customers who order in advance and not for immediately should they be the ones being delivered to first?

Multiple times I’ve ordered for delivery and it’s taken well over an hour to get my food (if it even gets sent out in the first place). Cancel out your promise times if you’re not able to fulfill them. Not very “freaky fast”.

Due to high turn over rates with employees this location is hit and miss as to whether they will be open during posted hours. If they are open the quality of service is questionable. On my most recent visit there was one person being served before me after they left the staff went on break which was strange since I hadn’t received my order. I said “excuse me” the server responded “What?!”
“I haven’t gotten my food yet” “well I made it” “did you give it to the person who was before me?” “I don’t know” at which point she finally got up from the table she was seated at to ask what I ordered and remake it. At no point was there an apology. In fact I was made to feel like the whole fiasco was somehow my fault. I received my food and offered my thanks and said have a good day. No response. I took my food back to work and was put off by the first bite. The bread was old and crusty which was strange since fresh bread is what Jimmy John’s is built on. On top of the old bread was a lousy sandwich I didn’t even finish it. Threw it out half eaten. Being that I was at work my time was limited so I spent the remainder of my shift hungry.
Totally unsatisfied. I’m definitely taking a long long break from eating at Jimmy John’s again.

Yep, it’s a Jimmy John’s like every other Jimmy John’s. Nothing special, but fairly consistent food. The service was on the slower side here, and the shop felt small and a little claustrophobic. Overall it’s like every other JJ I’ve been to. The new lemon berry cobbler cookies are pretty delicious though.

First time I ordered from here I selected pick-up. When I went to the store for the order, the cashier informed me it was transferred to another store for some unknown reasons across town. I specifically ordered at that store due to it being the closest to my work and I only have 30mins for my lunch. Decided to give them another try today. Ordered my food for delivery “since they’re fast”. I ordered at 11:19am, showed they received my order at 11:20am. Its 12:30 and still no food delivered. I’ve called twice and both times they said they would have it delivered “soon”. Its been 15mins since I called. Never ordering from this Jimmy Johns again.

So disappointed. We order Jimmy John’s for a bridal party. We ordered 6 sandwiches, 4 of which were the same Around11:00. I finally called at 11:45, they apologized and said a delivery driver had not shown up. The store manager said it would be about 15 more min. I called again at 11:10 to enquire about the sandwiches. We did not receive our sandwiches until 11:25.
