Absolutely delicious ice cream! I tried their ginger snap ice cream, which had a subtle, not overpowering, taste of the ginger snap and was so creamy! I settled on gooey cake batter in the end. Nice large chunks of delicious cake in it… we’ll definitely be back!

Two days later and we’re back and brought my in-laws with us. We couldn’t resist! Still so good, creamy, and delicious!!!

They asked in detail what we wanted for the cake to customize it and Cake designer, Steph also went out of her way to add an extra buttercream mermaid for the occasion. Loved it!

Is it the best ice cream I ever had? No. But the shop is a former gas station and there is a variety of different flavors to choose from. They also have ice-cream cakes, shakes, floats, sundaes, flurries and non-dairy flavors. Ice cream wasn’t painfully sweet for me so that’s a plus. Staff was friendly. Prices are comparable to any small shop. Worth a stop if downtown.

Hubby was jonesing for a sweet treat, and in a sea of ice cream parlors peddling sub‑par Hershey’s and Blue Bell, this gem stood out. We were NOT disappointed! Honestly, it might be the best ice cream I’ve had outside of making my own in ages…so creamy, so delish!!
I went with the Ginger Snap flavor, which had a subtle but definitely noticeable ginger snap cookie taste, plus little pieces of cookie mixed in. My husband got the Gooey Butter Cake, and that one came loaded with big chunks of cake. Both were rich, creamy, and flat‑out fantastic.
The whole experience had a bit of magic to it…I was basically five years old again, grinning over the color‑changing spoons. Prices were a pleasant surprise too, especially considering the scoop sizes and the fact that the ice cream is homemade.
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle… and maybe even squeeze in another visit before heading home, lol.

Came with family to get ice cream on a spring day – not that crowded when we arrived (just before traditional dinner time), but glad we made the stop. Excellent homemade ice cream, a large variety of flavors (not just all riffs on chocolate and caramel) and many ways to eat. They even have dairy-free flavors and use separate scoops to maintain the allergen boundary.
Table seating inside and out with some benches up front facing the road. The staff was very friendly and courteous, patient with the smaller children with us. Overall, the place was very clean and had a great beach vibe to it.

Stella’s not only has GREAT ice cream… it’s a whole vibe!
There are a couple flavors that they offer [made IN HOUSE BTW)] that I always pop in to grab when I see them being offered… My favorite being Lemon Blueberry cheesecake! Absolutely ❤️ the flavor!
There is typically a decent amount of people there but no matter what, the lines move quickly and the service is always very pleasant!
There is plenty of parking… outside tables and benches (shaded), corn hole, I noticed ladder golf this visit also!
If you’re in the Myrtle Beach area looking for good ice cream… do yourself a solid and get to STELLA’S!

Very nice little ice cream shop! Friendly staff, quick service, good ice cream, good prices, good serving sizes. What more could you ask for? They were super accommodating for our large family gathering in October (reunion group of 14, including down to 1yo.) There even was a changing room for the one in diapers! Great space, highly recommend! I’d go a lot more often if only I lived a lot closer…

Took a shot at this ice cream place on our family vacation and hit the spot. The young girls working were extremely friendly, ice cream was wonderful. Place was well kept. If your at Myrtle Beach or around the area take a short ride for ice cream here well worth it. Highly recommend….
