I am only giving it 2 stars because of the customer service. The employees were very friendly and nice. Now, the food was less than desirable. They didn’t have much to choose from. The wings were okay. The price was high, and you really have to eat a lot to get your money’s worth and it’s not that good. The rolls were very yeasty, that being said they were the best thing on the buffet. If you haven’t eaten here, don’t waste your time. I wish we would have listened to the reviews.

We only stopped in the one time. Unfortunately we could not give it a second chance before we were on our way. as such this review is based on the one visit. So I gave it three stars to be nice. It really should be two stars. But I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, since it could have been a bad night.
We right away thought it was different to be asked for a tip to be put on your bill before you are even seated for your meal. But maybe this is the norm here. We sat at a not so good table, which I guess could have been worse. But definitely could have been better. We decided to try the buffet.
The buffet was not all that good. It wasn’t terrible, but the food quality wasn’t very good, with not much flavor. To be honest, nothing was all that great. With the exception of the employees being nice.
To be fair, I would try them again when back in the area. Maybe it was just a bad night and a second try may be better.

Convenient being next to the highway. Husband enjoyed the senior buffet. I had sirloin tips with a baked potato. My meal also included soup, salad & dessert bars. Nice variety of salads & desserts. The only thing we weren’t pleased with was our server’s lack of attention. After our meal was delivered, our server did not come to our table for drink refills or to clear dirty dishes. The food quality was good. Maybe when we return we’ll have a different server.

We ate here with the family. We had the steak and it was pretty good. The cook nailed the medium rare on my steak the sirloin tips which impressed me but did over cook my husbands t-bone to a well done which should have been medium rare. I didn’t care for the seasoning used in the mushrooms on the steak it tasted bitter.Our server was so sweet and kept the table cleared and drinks refilled. The salad bar looked clean and everything looked fresh on it. They were slow that evening so it did close up a little early due to that. My recommendation is go early if you plan to eat here just in case it is a slow night. Overall not a bad little place to get some food a mishap on one of the steaks and the mushrooms didn’t taste good.

Truly, the staff was great. Very friendly and attentive however the buffet leaves a lot to be desired. It’s 15$ a person for what isn’t much more than a $2.50 quality meal. As I said, the staff was great. But not much food to choose from and what they do have isn’t the best quality. Seems a shame…

Where to start. Its comparable to Golden Corral as in it should be shut down. The Staff was nice and pleasant but definitely understaffed. I understand the shortage of workers at this time. The food was a joke as in an 90’s sitcom joke. Was hot but no flavor or was cold and had taste. Overall would not recommend to stop by

Strange— order and pay at the door,,, then asked if we wanted to leave a tip Food was excellent. Service was some of the worst i have ever experienced Had to go get our own napkins after food was delivered. Drinks were never refilled… got up and got my own and a waitress said — you are not supposed to get your own, we will bring them! Lol i said no problem,, i waited for 30 min. i took care of it myself!!!! RE: great food— terrible service.

The worst place i have ever been to. When my family and I got there, the tables was dirty, with food under neath them, dried ketchup on the tables, the seats was sticky and the floor had food matted into it, and the silverware wasn’t even clean. It had looked as if they ran water over top of them and then placed them in the napkin. Putting all that aside, i attempted the food. BIG MISTAKE. The ” hot bar” is a joke. the food was dried out from the air, the steak was raw in the middle and cold. The mashed potatoes, was cool, to the touch and had an odd taste to it. The green beans was cold and had a grayish color. The salad bar had wilted lettuce, and the tomatoes was slimy, it was just plain nasty. The waitresses was too busy sitting in the back on their phones to even realize that maybe they outta do their job. the table beside had a party of 10, and I had counted 8 plates that was stacked on the edge of the table, before the ” waitress” even noticed their plates was even their.
I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. If i was able i will give them – 4 stars. it was the worst and nastiness experience i have ever dealt with. I wont be going back

Up until today, my husband and I have always enjoyed visiting the Western Steer Steakhouse in Weston. However, today that all changed. We entered the restaurant and ordered and paid for our meal just like always. We went to a table and sat down, our drinks were delivered and we went to the salad bar and got our salads. We returned to the table and began eating our salads. That was when the server appeared and told us that they didn’t have the 12 ounce sirloin that my husband had ordered. She went up to the counter to see what could be substituted for the 12 ounce sirloin only to return to our table and tell us that there wasn’t anything the same price to substitute for the steak my husband had ordered. I asked if they had an 8 ounce sirloin, but they didn’t have it either. Instead she told us that he could get a much larger 17 ounce sirloin if we paid the difference or that he could get the hot food bar. She said she could get the manager to see if she had any other solution; I said that would be a good idea. The manager came out and very rudely asked us what was the problem. We told her that the problem was that they didn’t have what my husband had ordered and were trying to charge us for their screw up. She then told us that they did have the steaks but they were frozen. I guess they didn’t want to sell any steaks today. We just told them we wanted our money refunded. They refunded our money to our credit card and we left. We won’t be back. The only reason I gave them a one is because there wasn’t a zero!

The waitress did not come to the table and ask if we needed anything….I had to get up and find someone to get refill on coke my husband wanted and napkins. The chicken was not done inside and I did not try it, but my husband said steak pieces was red inside. It was definitely not worth the money. The food all tasted bland. Even the booths we’re wore down and taped and felt like we was sitting on ground.
