Howdy! Dinner hours are 5:00PM to 10:00PM Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs 5:00PM to 11:00PM Fri and Sat Late night food hours are from end of dinner until 1:00AM everyday! The bar is open until 2:00AM every day. All foods are prepared in an active and shared kitchen with wheat flour/gluten, soy, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, and shellfish products. Ask your server for more info if you have a food allergy. Patio is pet-friendly!

The Top is popular in Gainesville and I was excited to try it. I went here with my family when they visited in town on a Tuesday around 6:00. It was kind of busy but we only had to wait around 10 minutes. The vibes in there are really nice, it is clean, decorated nicely, and not too loud. Definitely really liked the atmosphere it gives off hipster vibes. They have a taco deal on Tuesday and their menu has a wide variety. We ordered the corn nuggets as an appetizer and they were good it came with a lot. I got the good morning burger which was good but honestly not as good as I expected and I thought it was not filling enough. I did really like the sweet potato fries though. My sister got the San Diego chicken which she enjoyed a lot. For desert we got the chocolate cake which was amazing it was very rich. Our waiter was very attentive.

We went out as a group for my birthday and I loved the experience. We had a table out in the back reserved for us and it was so cute under the string lights. The ambiance was nice outside with good weather. It was a little busy for a weekday dinner, our waiter took their time with our food. We really enjoyed the nachos and entrees we ordered. We did a bring a cake to enjoy but there was a fee for a cake cutting. That was fine since we brought it home.

Went for dinner with a friend and have been here several times for either food or drinks. The food was great (cannot recommend the pesto gnocchi enough, pillowy clouds of pasta perfection!!). Really want to try the gnocchi carbonara at a future visit as well. The salad was nice and fresh. Cocktails are good but fairly standard overall. Service can be slower at times (especially during the weekend evening hours). Definitely will come back for the salad/gnocchi and will bring out of town friends/family here for the food and atmosphere.

Definitely visit this place if you are vegan. I was so focused on eating the food I forgot to take a photo of it. The vegan options are amazing and the drinks are delicious. Such a fun atmosphere too.

I had the salmon affumicato, suggested from our waiter Jose. The salmon affumicato was an excellent suggestion as the combination of the smoky blackened salmon complimented the cheesy pasta and the seasonings from capers, light cream sauce, and fresh herbs. 5 stars all around definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.

I just discovered that the mushroom ravioli is now a special, not an every-day Pasta menu item, so I highly recommend it to you if it is available when you go to eat here. It’s fire. Had a really good meal on a Sunday afternoon with local beers and shade. It’s really nice that the outdoor area is dog friendly and they provide bowls of water to keep cool.

Love this place! Terrific outside bar area. Inside really nice decor. The food was great! Our party of five each got something different. But all enjoyed! And the prices! Amazingly reasonable! Definitely would appeal to a family as well as to a college student! We will definitely revisit this restaurant the next time we’re in Gainesville! Highly recommended!

Usually have had good experiences but not sure if bartenders are new this last time I went. They don’t pay any attention to the order of people coming in while others got the the chance to order multiple drinks. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes at the bar before just calling it quits. Usually is a great place though.

Came here to celebrate my little sister’s 21st. They said her ID was fake and threatened to confiscate it. Once they realized they made a mistake, they returned her ID but refused to serve her. Totally killed her birthday vibes. We left and celebrated elsewhere. The bartender could’ve used used less attitude and the bar could’ve used a scanner. This place isn’t what it used to be. Two stars because it used to so be fun.
