How it is Liz
Steelbound, located inside the Mosey Hotel is quickly rising on my list of favorite restaurants for lunch in Williamsville! They offer a diverse menu of great appetizers and entrees with generous portions. They also have a big beautiful bar perfect for craft cocktails, local brews, and watching the Bills play of course! Their salads are really fresh and have different protein options to choose from. I’m not generally a dessert fan but I have to say their desserts are exceptional! They are definitely worth saving room for so its a good idea to plan ahead while ordering.
There’s a free parking garage, but spots fill quickly and are shared with residents, so it’s best to arrive early to grab a space. With flexible hours and no reservations needed, Steelbound is a really convenient choice for lunch or dinner any time of the day!

I really wanted to like this place it’s very close to home. Brandon R. our bartender took a minute to warm up but was helpful. We ordered scallops with a very confusing sauce. The Loco beer on tap was good. Flatbread pizza is kinda lack luster but for 10 dollars it’s worth it. Not many beers available for being a brewery. The Indian Fusion doesn’t really go with the feel of the restaurant. It’s attached to the Mosey Hilton. So it almost feels like they don’t have to try that hard because of the built in business. Also we sat next to someone eating the Brussel sprouts and they stunk up the whole restaurant. Definitely would remove them for other guests benefit. Clean bathrooms 🙂

We have been to other Steelbound locations and this one is nice but not quite the same, as it resides inside the Mosey Williamsville (hotel). It lacks some of the charm that we have seen at the others, as they are more limited on space (and from the looks of it unable to brew there etc.).
It still has the same great drinks though!
UPDATE: We returned and tried the roast beef, but it was a bit too well-done for my taste. While the flavor was still good, the accompanying pickle was limp, which was disappointing. They were also out of a few draft beers, which made this visit a less satisfying experience than my last one.”
Hint: The restrooms are actually off the hotel lobby by the pool.

Food was delicious even with a substitute chef the night we went. Nice selection of delicious food. The servers eye a bit overloaded during our visit but we’re still engaging and even funny. The name steelbound is not the name of the place but also the chairs which are uncomfortable.

Really cool place. Enjoyed and would like to come back. Had the Cream of chicken soup which was great, as well as their Easy Lager which was just what I hoped for a nice easy drinking beer to make me remember that Summer exists here in WNY 🙂

I love Steelbound and highly recommend you stop and taste one of their carefully crafted menus! They have amazing appetizers, crafts beers and wines, delicious meals and more! I’m on a long roadtrip and found this lovely restaurant near my hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and hard working. Don’t be surprised when multiple staff members check in and wait on you! I absolutely loved Emily! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience that much more pleasurable. I also met the owner Amy who is just as hard working as the top staff she’s assembled! Be sure to check out their happy hour, 1/2 all beers!!! Also there is kind of a secret menu (ask about the soup ). 12/10 highly recommend. Thank you Evelyn for being so kind and always checking in!! Thanks again Emily for making our visit extra special! Somebody give that girl a promotion ✨

My boyfriend and I visited for a Saturday afternoon lunch. They had one server running the front end. Considering she was doing everything, her service was fine. Our food was delicious, portion sizes were large. I think the prices were slightly elevated but not out of hand.

My husband & I found this restaurant online and was super excited to try it for breakfast to celebrate our anniversary before heading to the airport. The menu had us very excited! However… we arrived and was told that the chef was sick so there would be a breakfast buffet. This was not a buffet. There was a small table with fruit from a plastic container, cold waffles that you had to use the toaster to warm up yourself, overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, and scrambled eggs. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of zero is because the woman who took care of us was extremely sweet and tried her best to overcompensate us for the lackluster food we were charged $60 for! She made fresh eggs and potatoes for us. I could not believe they charged us $30 per person for that “buffet”. Now don’t get me wrong, I will gladly pay $30 for a breakfast buffet, but that was not what we were presented with. I would’ve much rather ordered food fresh from their menu. We paid $60 for a continental breakfast and two mimosas.
