DO NOT eat here if you have AlphaGal. EVERYTHING is cooked in beef tallow. Also, thanks for the “Chicken Strips” and “full” box of fries. Shoulda just called em NUGGETS. lol! Wowzer’s. Just strengthening our already strong stance on eating at home. Even when REALLY hungry.. we will just wait.

This is my Chili Mac with extra beef. Hardly any beef at all. Taste is off too. Very disappointed. I’ve been eating at SnS a very long time. This was the absolute worst! No condiments for it either, not that it mattered. DO BETTER! Fries taste like chicken also. FAIL

I went here on a Monday at 6:30. It was very busy. Our waitress was there in less than 5 minutes. The food was at our table in 10 minutes after ordering. I was very impressed with my experience here. One recommendation, turn the heat on. It was freezing in there.

This is the third week in a row that I have ordered online and picked up at the drive thru window. Each time the food was hot and “correct” (drinks made and handed to me at the time of arrival). I am super impressed with this service and want others to know .

Okay, what world did I just step into that Steak and Shake has totally astonished me? 5 years ago I swore it off. I decided to give it a try tonight and I was extremely pleased.
The Frisco Melt is just as I remembered. Those Tallow fries, wooh buddy, great choice. Chili was flavorful as always. The coke was CRISPY! And let’s talk about tha little seasoning packet and branded napkins, grade-A idea.
