Visited Valentine’s Day, Saturday, 2026 at approximately 3:30. There was about a half hour wait.
Service was great. Food was tasty.
I asked for a garden salad without eggs. Barbecue Ranch dressing was yummy. We ordered both brisket and rib tips. The other sides we ordered were onion rings, sweet potato tots, and Mac and cheese. Ranking the sides in order of tastiness– even though all were good. The salad was the best, then onion rings, then tots– they are very small, then the mac and cheese. It was just a tad too tough for me, but that’s the particular noodles they used.
Also I felt the rib tips were better than the brisket. I have never been a fan of any kind of meat sogging up a bread. They are both tender though.
The cornbread was yummy and I am not normally a fan of cornbread. It was so fresh!

This is my family’s favorite BBQ joint in northern CO. Staff is polite, kind & knowledgeable on menu items. We got 3 meals (2 adults & 1 kid) and an appetizer for about $75. We’ve also had takeout previously. The food tasted fresh. They had several sauces with various heat levels. We loved the Kansas City sauce which was the weakest level of heat. The cornbread muffins are one of my favorites on the menu. Also the beans are the best I’ve ever had. Pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and ribs are really great. Waffle fries were good as well. I don’t think they gluten friendly. I’m from the south and their banana pudding is almost identical to what I make. I absolutely loved it. We went on a Friday night, the parking lot was packed, and we were still able to walk right in for a table. Absolutely love this place!

We grabbed seats at the bar on a busy Saturday afternoon and had an awesome experience. The bartender was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. We ordered drinks, apps, and lunch, and everything hit the mark. The brisket was absolutely amazing, and the old fashioned was perfect.

Great service and authentic BBQ flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious from the meats to the sides and the dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good barbecue.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and BBQ experience. I saw so many cars in the parking lot and thought I better go to the takeout counter. But, no I was able to be seated on a Sunday for lunch the server, Hailey,was generous and was able to my food fast. Very fast and hot. Ordered the full rack of ribs platter with Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I would highly recommend. I took the rest Togo after eating the half rack. Outstanding.

Impressive BBQ and hospitality. Brisket and rib plate was fantastic and comes with a second meals worth of sides. Cornbread, Aunt Judy’s Beans, corn fritters, Texas toast and their 6 specialty BQQ sauces all with unique tastes. Our service from Jamie was great and we will definitely be returning!

I was very much impressed with Nordy’s. Sitting at the bar, there is a lovely atmosphere and not only friendly but quick to help bartenders and staff. The selection on tap was pretty solid and they have a nice crop of TVs to watch from. The food is excellent. I tried the feast for one which was definitely as titled. Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork, plenty of sauce options, corn bread, Mac and cheese, slaw…. It’s hard to be as consistent as the food was, but there was certainly no bite I did not enjoy. I definitely recommend. It seemed really popular so consider when is is you want to go so you can get seating. The bar was pretty empty though

The wings are so good! Big and smoky. Got okra and baked potato as sides. Okra was a little too oily for me but the potato was cooked to perfection. Good happy hour deals. Elisa (sp?) Was a great server.

Went here for lunch with four other guys. Server brought menus, then asked if we were ordering off the menu or doing the buffet. “Wait, what? Buffet?” Yes, a BBQ buffet. Ask you can eat sides, brisket, puked pork, BBQ chicken, and cobbler for less than $20! I thought it was too good to be true, but no. It was amazing. The sauces were delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
