Starbucks app said this location was open on Christmas morning. Placed and ordered and paid within the app. Went to pick up order and the store was closed. Centerplace Starbucks was wonderful and apologized and gave us our well made order. Dec 26th returned to this location. Spoke to an employee about the incident and was treated extremely rude. Employee denied our incident until she was met with proof then became more rude. We ordered Sugar Cookie which the App said IS available. She replied we’ve been out for months. We will NOT be going back to this location! Customer service does not exist here. Very sad. Sham on this employee who cost this location business.

Placed a mobile order on Christmas Day as the app said they were open, took my money, and told me to arrive at 7:45AM. When I did, the store was closed. I’ve been trying to get a refund since with lackluster help from customer service telling me they’re sending it up the chain and I ‘should’ get my money back in 5 days. A week later for something that was completely their fault, and absolutely no fault of my own. They can’t even tell me they’ll refund me and they’re making me feel like a crazy person for wanting my 30$ back that I just donated to Starbucks.

I really hate to do this. This location has gone DOWN HILL! The new hires need to stay home. They look so miserable and angry. We just left from there, and Emerson was not pleasant one bit. When we went yesterday, Joe sounded like he hated his life and rushed us.

i love how the staff treats it’s customers and the inside is always very clean and looks amazing, however, every time i order a strawberry acai from this location it tastes very watered down, i’ve had them remake it and tell them it is watery but it still tastes the same. i’ve been ordering strawberry acai’s for years and they’re not supposed to be that watery. other than that, good location.
