Went through the drive through, the lady on the speaker was very kind. Got my food and decided to eat in my car because I’m lazy and didn’t want to drive home. The fries were really nice and crispy but the damn burger was so fresh it actually burnt my mouth (in a good way!). Always had fresh hot food here but today was another level. I’ve been sitting waiting for my food for about 30 minutes as a write this. I was told I had to come into the store to place 3 orders (completely understandable). The lobby maybe has about 15ish people and most if not all have been served already. But since my orders are to go they didn’t prioritize it even though I placed my orders around the same time as the people dining in. It’s a bit ridiculous. Also the store and bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and unclean.

Went for steak and shake this evening and got our usual meal and we were greeted by a friendly employee Erica, very kind and even heard her thank a veteran for his service. If you happen to meet this lady I know you were in good hands. 5 ⭐ definitely going again; food and service is great!

Got onions on the burger I ordered with no onions. Otherwise it’s rather impersonal ONLY ordering at a kiosk. COVID proof if they weren’t filthy. Food was great, price is good.

Food didn’t taste that good. The floors were sticky and gross the bathroom was stinky and trashy. We got the wrong order and had to bring it back up and they remaid it. Customer service was great but food was crap and restaurant was not clean.

Food and service were both very blah. Went through around 10 in the evening. Girl at the window acted like I was bothering her by being there and my burger was very sloppily made and bread overcooked. Fries were not hot. Just overall not impressed. What happened to Steak n Shake? This place used to be a staple in the Midwest. It was like a treat to go here when I was a kid.
