We had to go back and ask for them to fill our fry boxes as they were not full at all.
They did fill our boxes like they should have been in the first place with no hassle.
My chili bowl was spelled over for the person was wearing dirty gloves. I’m not sure but my chili bowl was covered in chili which was gross.
But overall the service was good. The food was fresh and tasty!

We’ve eaten at this store twice in the last 5 days period. I hadn’t been in this location since they had wait staff (actually since before the pandemic). I absolutely love the new kiosk ordering process. Huge improvement. The food was remarkably good. Prices were also very good. The store was super clean, neat and tidy. We had shifted business to another burger business just down the road. But we’ll be giving this store more business now. This store is obviously very well managed. A big thanks to everyone there.

If you know what you want, the order board is easy to use. But if you don’t get fries ( I’m not a fan of skinny fries myself), there will not be an options for any of the packaged sauces on the board. I like honeymustard on my burgers, so I have to ask verbally to the staff.

Poor service, specially with dashing wait time is forever , rude management. If get food thru delivery expect to be waiting awhile. Woman’s bathroom from wife said sink is broken don’t work currently so can’t wash hands . Give it a 2 stair in general.

This place used to be awesome, it’s just turned into a disaster. You wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong order, basically the same way inside as well, can’t follow simple instructions for anything you ask for your order. The cleanliness is in bad shape as well. It’s all just went down hill.

Stooped by again a few months later and wasn’t so pleasant as before. The drive thru employee was not so nice, mad at the world type attitude. Shakes weren’t full with whip cream as usual, either. Added in their advertising photo for shakes for comparison to ours.
Family and I stopped for some shakes. They had a special going on, which made it even better. Everyone enjoyed their shakes and would revisit!

We stopped for some dinner at the stake and shake and we were pleasantly surprised that is a nice clean and easy to order place . We got our food and was really impressed with the service . The fries were the skinny ones and not my favorite but the rest were pretty good . After the survey I got a free shake and was great . I recommended place .
