Do not waste your time with this wendys.
They screwed up our whole order. Food was old and dry. They laughed at us and wouldn’t do anything to to make it right unless we turned around. We are passing through from another state on the hwy. I literally repeated the order twice. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in this country. Most unprofessional staff ever. They did not care at all. The name on the ticket was blaze. Looked like a dope head who didn’t care about his job. Welcome to Pennsylvania I guess. Should have checked the reviews first. Because I’ve never seen a restaurant with such horrible reviews. Definitely contacting corporate

Service was very good and helped accommodate for an individual with nut allergies. Robert and Emily along with the others were diligent with the allergies and made an effort to make sure there was no cross contamination. The food was good and the service was quick. The dining room was well maintained. This is one of the better Wendy’s locations I have been to.

I stopped by to get a number 1 combo (burger, large fries, and large rootbeer drink) for my son. I was amazed this place is not shut down. Unfriendly staff at drive thru windows, did not give reciept, and they handed me the completely wrong order. They gave me a chicken sandwich (he can not eat chicken, allergy), a small french fry with no salt, and a coca cola. I will never stop there again. I found out later from friends that they always screw the customers over by not caring and always do this at the drive thru. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

The environment in there tonight was awful. Tonight Robbie took my order and he was very kind and did great. However he kept getting yelled at by his coworkers even though he was clearly doing his best. For example he went to go fix the soda machine because he was told by a customer it was broken and he got yelled at for b ing in the dinning room and that the costumers should get their own drinks. This same coworker proceeded to go into the dining room and fix it himself. This coworker had gloves on since he was cooking and after he touched the screen and fixed it he went back to the kitchen with those same gloves. I feel extremely bad for Robbie for he was doing his best.

The place is still hit or miss. Honestly today I’m just curious as to what could have a magenta/hot pink color inside my burger. My current phone has a terrible camera but you can still make out the odd spot in the picture. Why do I continue to visit this store. Lol
3 weeks later my burgers should have no onion and added tomato and mayo. What did I get onion on my burger and no tomato or mayo. My coworkers food was given away to another customer and instead of just remaking his food the manager decided to get smart. Glad I at least got my food I suppose. Also thank you for the free upgrade to loaded fries when I ordered a small fry! Maybe the first time I was on top from there countless order issues.

I’ve only been to this location once, but based on that experience, this is an abnormally good Wendy’s location. The order was correct, burger and fries were hot, nothing was squished or sloppy, and the condiments were all the right proportion. They only negative was how expensive it is: $10.80 for a single patty burger combo meal. All fast food is expensive now though so I’ll still give it five stars.

I would say this location Wendy’s has gotten our order right about 80% of the time. It’s your average fast food restaurant. Great for when we’re on the go.

A few of my work buddy’s and I went to this Wendy’s on our lunch break. note this- when we got there it was dead, the workers having conversations with each other. we ordered our food they both got theirs and I’m waiting for mine. It gets busy and everyone who ordered after me get their food. Finally a half an hour later when I have to go back for work I cut my loss and ask for a refund. The guy working the drive through comes up all pissed off saying that there is only 3 of them working, he then proceeds to type on the computer aggressively, takes the cash out and throws it at me. Then yelled to everyone else in the store they are not taking any more orders for a while. I used to work in fast food and understand they don’t have a lot of workers. But You the guy who refunded me , you need to chill. Idk why you were mad at me. I had places to get to, I waited a half an hour for food, you guys weren’t busy when I ordered, and multiple people got food after me.
