I got a coney dog and everything was basically falling off of it and the bun was extremely soggy and it was breaking in my hand but i suppose you’ll have that. Staff was nice and bathrooms were CLEAN. and if you like dreamsicles I recommend the orange dreamsicle shake

Let me tell you a story of the seeking a steak burger at 10pm… Originally we ordered Door Dash through “Culvers”. They sent our door dasher with someone else’s order! But! Luckily! Our door dasher noticed and called to say this isn’t your order! They said they’d go back to pick it up to get ours. Three minutes later, they were told they were closed and would NOT be giving them the correct order… So, being in the steak burger mood. We tried Steak n’ Shake. Not only was our order correct, not only was it on-time, not only was it our saving grace after 10pm, it came with all the fixings and tasty!!! Thank you steak n shake for your attention to detail and your willingness to clean up Culvers mess! Making delicious meals for tired people makes a difference, thank you

This was our first visit to this franchise. Fresh and delicious food, served quickly. Surprisingly economical for our family of four. Bathrooms were very clean. If the other restaurants are run as well as this, we will be searching them out on our travels. Well done.

Guy had 100 bill. Refused help him. He had go spend it to come back. Hold receipts scan to get refill. No flavored syrups anymore.food ended up in wrong basket. Fries cold. Does have app earn points for foods or shakes. Happy hr 2_4 shakes half off. So quiet I’m use line and being seated real plates bowls glasses. Now it has new burger called bitcoin burger. Trying rid cash. They didn’t charge fee to use credit like some do.

I’ve always been a fan of Steak ‘n Shake. COVID situation from 2020 caused them to change quite a bit. They used to be full service with servers that seated you, took your order, and all. It was good service, too. Now you have to pay at a kiosk and listen for your name to be called.

Went through the drive thru which was packed, so service was slow, that’s understandable. What isn’t understandable is we were promised a $5 discount because the kids hotdog meal was all out, but when paying they didn’t take anything off at all. That was the first problem, honestly I would’ve let that go. When we got the food one of our boxes of fries was completely DUMPED UPSIDE DOWN and ALL THE FRIES WERE ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. That’s problem 2. The third issue was that we were supposed to get 3 fries and only got 2. I understand the rush of a fast food restaurant and understand mistakes are made but this is ridiculous. I will never come back to this location and will strongly recommend others against it. It’s not that hard to follow through on a promise, put fries in a bag the right side up, or make sure all the food is in the bag before going out the window. Ridiculous.

I went to this location and the drive up was packed at lunch time so I went inside to place a take out order. Ordered on the Kiosk. Had to wait at least 15 minutes for the food. I ordered a double plain with cheese. Received a single with everything on it. I ordered a side of chili with cheese. Got a cup of chili with cheese and ONIONS. I hate onions. I tried to call there to speak to the manager and they would never pick up the phone. The girl doing all of the cooking needs to read the tickets she is preparing and quit complaining and cursing about mgmt and her schedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! AND FOOD SUCKED.

I don’t know about the food. I only went in for a shake. UGH. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time. Starting with the stupid kiosk. First it irritates me I have to do everything myself then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. I was the only customer in the restaurant and when I walked in there were no cars. While I was waiting for my milkshake, three cars had orders taken and served as well as a walk in whose order was wrong. So they made him a complete new order including two milkshakes while I continued to wait. 20 minutes later I finally got my shake. I would obviously never come back.
