Absolutely the worst dining experience in my life. The only good thing was the chocolate shake tasted good. The hamburger was refrigerator cold on half and room temperature on the other half. I was nauseated and had to ask for my money back.

Owners better get a handle on this place or it will be another in a long line of these chains going under. 10 minutes at the drive up with not one car and couldn’t get my order taken. Ordered pizza to my room instead!!!

They were busy and it took almost an hour to get 3 grilled cheese and 2 burgers. Everyone got shakes, but they came 30 minutes before our food. The shakes were good. The food, when it came, was hot, correctly prepared, and good. The employees were friendly, but definitely swamped. There were 3 people working and they definitely needed 2 more.

Kinda weird not having a waitress. If you need help you have to just yell into the kitchen. All orders are taken through kiosk and you serve yourself soda. The food was fast and hot. Just a little greasy for the stomach if that’s an issue for you. It was just weird to dine in without having a waitress. They forgot to put bacon on our burger and my husband didn’t feel like asking for the bacon. Like I said no one is asking people how they are doing for dine in.

I feel like I’m piling on – but this review probably reflects corporate rather than local decisions… The doors were locked and you can’t eat inside anymore – even at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Bigger issue? No shakes. No shakes and Steak ‘n SHAKE. What a sad state of affairs. I hate seeing this once great brand being run into the ground. (I saw LOT of shuttered locations on Thai trip.)

The last order I placed through the app I just brought home. We did not receive our drink. The burgers were old and cold. There was nothing on the burgers at all. We ordered a single and a butter single. The buns were stale. None of the ingredients we asked for were on the burgers. There was one piece of lettuce that was wilted. I have never had service this bad anywhere. There was absolutely no effort to get anything right or fresh.

We were seated right away, our server was very nice took our drink orders came back took our order. 20 minutes later I can hear our server calling our food back to the kitchen, they had lost our ticket. Another 10 minutes we had our food. My husbands steakburger was great. I ordered Chili 5 ways, no cheese, the first order came with cheese. Got the second order and while I ate it and shut up because I was hungry, there was no extra beef. There was barely any beef or beans but I ate it because we still had 400 miles to drive. I am not sure what was going on in the kitchen today but it wasn’t a good experience today. I also noticed that the black wall that surrounds the service area for the servers was very dirty. I dont know that we will stop in here on future trips.

Sat inside after I ordered watching the manager leave burgers sit out in the open for about an hour. Then he’d throw it in the microwave and serve it to people! This place is absolutely disgusting and I’m surprised nobody has gotten sick. Then on top of all that when you ask for a refund all the manager does is void the food in the system and claim it’s a refund but you’ll never actually get your money back

The lady working there ended up working alone due to some staffing problems but she did her best to serve everybody as best she could. Milkshakes are really tasty.
