A little weird to only have a kiosk to order from, not even an option for a person to take our order. But, we had plenty of options to customize our burgers. All ordered food was made exactly as we ordered it, the dine in was available which was great as we were traveling through and had a late night stop! We were grateful for Steak N Shake being open, having good food, a clean place to eat, and kind staff helping us!

The food was good, it’s hard to say how the “service” is when you simply order from a kiosk. But my order was correct, so that counts for something! The good was also delicious and my kids loved their milk shakes! The dining room was worn down and the bathroom sign was missing and just painted over. If the owner would just take care of the dining area, they’d have my 5 stars.

It’s pretty much carry out only but the lobby is open to eat in. Don’t expect table service but didn’t really matter to me personally. Food was great and out pretty quick. Lobby itself was kinda messy and unkept.

Place has gone downhill fast! When ordering through the kiosk, it asks if you want to tip. Tip for what? We seat ourselves, we get our own drinks, throw our own trash. Got our food. My burger had mustard all over the outside of the bun. Went to get some ketchup. 2 Ketchup pumps and both were out. Definitely won’t come back to this one!

1st kiosk steak & shake. A little tough to get used to. Tuffer for older people. Some assumptions were made. Combo comes with a drink because of that you don’t order a drink? Confusing?
