We kindly asked who I believe is the manager to wipe down our table bc it was disgusting. She got mouthy and said no one had been eating on that side of the restaurant so it didn’t need wiped down. I have pictures that show otherwise. Place was disgusting. Deserves zero stars.

Went here one time since it’s been built.. we waited in line for almost 40 mins in total.. the wait in the heat sucked but the food and milk shakes were really good! Friendly staff.. All our food was there and accurate! With a new location they are gonna have to learn the ins n outs to running a little faster and efficient! So I’ll give it 4 stars until they pick up the pace a little.. then they will most def get a 5 from me!!

Food is still good but they make you use a kiosk that takes forever to order from then have the audacity to ask for a tip when you did everything but cook the food. Wont be back to any steak and shake franchise ever again. Should be able to give a 0 for service since none was provided

My mom & I stopped on Mother’s day to get something to drink & to split some cheesy fries. I haven’t been there in awhile. There are very few menu options, no table service anymore. My mom wanted a float, they couldn’t make one. ♀️ They sell shakes, so why could they not give us a little ice cream so she could make a float? ♀️ ♀️ I HATE this new self service BS that they (and many others) have went to. No I don’t want to order from a screen, I want to sit down with a menu & have a table service like it use to be. If I wanted to order from a screen, I would of just used the drive-thru! So disappointed! Please bring back a full menu & table service.
