I would like to thank the manager who kicked the entire dining room out at 10 so that they could be out of here at midnight and I would like to thank them for not even a half of a container of large fries which was paid extra for along with our cheese cup that was paid for that we had to ask for. A few people walked in after us where he put a sign on the kiosk and said I hope it’s to go because you’re all out of here. This is at 9:45. I just got my food at 10:14 to leave and it’s still wrong

Both the food and service were great. I had a group of 12, we were well accommodated. The dining area could been better maintained. It was not terrible, as some places are. The tables and benches where we sat as a group, needed to be wiped down. Other areas appeared to be fairly clean.

Good spot for a quick meal. Usually the drive through line moves slow. We went around 9pm so not too many people were there. Dine in is now ordered through ipad kiosks and you go up and get your food when it’s ready. It did not take long for the food to come out. Not super expensive.

This is the first time we visited steak and shake since covid. They have changed some things when you walk in you clip to a computer and you order for yourself you actually get your food really quickly that way and the restaurant is a lot cleaner I see this as a great improvement.

The milkshakes were the size of a small coffee cup and the cup of chili was small and not even a quarter of cup of chilli. Tasted off also. Almost spoiled. The young woman at the window however was very pleasant.

The trans kid who took my order was arrogant and belittling. Completely messed up my order 3 times before some one stepped in and fixed it. After I paid I realized that I was over charged and never got change back by the time I confronted that kid I was so over it I just left the food was horrible the candy on my kit kat shake was stale and tasted old my fries and chicken strips were cold and tasted like they have been sitting under the heat lamps all day.
