This was a long time coming for me. Had a grass fed double burger and frech fries fried in tallow. My goodness was it really good and hit the spot. Ordering is done at the kiosk versus a cashier, taking both cash or credit card. The order was out quickly and the staff were super friendly. This location was clean and organized. Recommended.

We recently had lunch at Steak’n Shake. We ordered customized meals for each person. The food was prepared and served fresh, hot off the grill exactly as ordered. There were six (6) of us with each meal unique. I was impressed with the accuracy! Our food was delicious! For three (3) of us it was a first time visit and the first timers enjoyed the food.

Only reason for 4 stars is the kiosks for ordering (although the friendly & helpful manager came & asked if we needed assistance with it). But ordering kiosks are more & more prevalent at food establishments. Miss ordering from a person!

Service was good. Manager was very polite. Food was also good. The pop machine needs a little love because it kept shorting out trying to despense but apart from that and the floor needing bleached, a very good experience! Will return!

This location is the best. We make large orders on a fairly regular basis and not once has the order been incorrect. When we go to pick up the food, the guy at the grill is moving quickly and accurately. Great to see. I don’t know his name, but he was working tonight (11/21 at 8pm) and he’s a rock star. It has been years since I’ve eaten at a Steak ‘n Shake. This is my first time at this location. There is no more table service. You order from a giant tablet and your name is called to retrieve your meal. I had limited interaction with humans but everyone seemed focused and happy to help. My double cheese burger with double cheese was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The shoestring fries were hot and crispy. I like dipping my fries in the Frisco sauce! I also had a glizzy which was split and cooked on the flattop grill, loved it! I’ll definitely visit here again.

Me and my gf eat from here like every Sunday, and for the last few times we’ve been here the GM Joe assisted us and he was a very customer focused person. I could tell that he puts customer first because of how he talked and took care of us. Unfortunately I believe he has already left the company but he was a kind man.

The shakes where very good and filling If you ever need a nice snack try there shakes and maybe grab some fries! We love the happy hour from 2:00 to 4:00 on weekends.
