Ordered on the app and sat inside and waited. Order said it was completed at 12:12. There was no order in the “mobile pick up” area. No one came and announced an order for me. Around 12:20 the next time an employee walked up to the counter to announce someones order, i asked him about mine, he went to the back near the drive thru and brought me my order right away, needless to say the food was cold. I called to explain my issue and the supposed owner, Denise, was over the too rude to me. I was told i should have went up and got an employee’s attention, even though theyre all in the back, no one stands at the counter to take orders, so there is no one to ask about my order, i stood there patiently waiting, and got cold food, called, talked to the “owner” and was told it was my fault, that they keep the mobile orders in the back and it is up to the customer to get someone’s attention in the back in order to be served their food. If that was the owner, wow… just wow….. lol…

I love the garlic burger w/ cheese, onion n pickle! Love the chocolate shake as well! I really wish the restaurant would go back to the way it used to be, with being seated and have a server take your order! Also I wish you’d bring back the chocolate Hershey shake n others that you eliminated!

I would eat here all the time if this place was closer!! The food was hot & fresh, fast service, && ice cream was also delicious!! We Ordered drive thru, 3 meals & two shakes for 2 meal drinks. It was right at $30. Meals are about $7+. Shakes are $5 each.

So cold and umwarm feeling. I miss the old steak and shake when you had a waitress. No seasoning for your burgers on the table like before now you have to buy it by the bottle. Burgers weren’t made like they used to be . One of the woman in the back was un professional and had an attitude because we had a triple burger in our order and they smashed it together. Definitely not worth the time or money to come here. Greasy food and not a pleasant experience.

We try again after a while to see if any change after COVID. But still same service, no more contact with people to order, all the human and friendly contact with people working there is off. Definitely we will try again in 6 months or a year. COVID is done guys, come back at the real life.

I got in line to order a milkshake for my husband on my way home from a long day. I ordered a banana shake and asked her to put a little chocolate in the shake. She tells me they can’t mix the flavors. I tell her I don’t want a part banana part chocolate shake. I just want a little chocolate syrup in the cup. She again tells me they can’t mix the flavors. (They have done this dozens of times in the past.)
