Food was good and as ordered.The female employee expediting the food-to tables and keeping the dining area straight was doing a great job and very pleasant. I went to the men’s room and the entire area was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned at all for some time. I spoke with the employee i mentioned earlier and she stated she frequently checks the Ladies room and does not check Men’s room for the obvious reason. She was apologetic and was to advise the manager. She handled the situation professionally! All the kitchen line people were busy and understand the issue of pulling someone front the line when busy. Don’t lose the business you have by ignoring this important issue. Date 2/1/2026 Time Between 1 PM and 2 PM.

20 minutes to get a burger , kids meal, and a soda with no one in the place. Steak and Shake has really gone downhill IMO. I had a previous bad experience at the one in Port Charlotte where I waited over 30 minutes but thought this one might have better service.

I was doing errands and just stopped to grab a burger to take home. The food is always consistent, good taste, great shakes and quick. The windows person was polite and very fast at handling his orders. I had tonwait a few m I nutes to receive a fresh hot burger and fries.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 3 fries from the drive thru on a Friday night. The service was very fast, and the food was hot and delicious. Steak and Shake has improved their food so much since we moved here 10 years ago.

Food is ok. Can still find cheap meals. Definitely better then McDonald’s or burger king. Shakes are the best anywhere tho. The Nutella one is sooo good and highly recommend it.

Come on man. I wait 10 minutes for a milkshake in the drive through for it to be not filled all the way, but also tasted like garbage. The syrup for the milkshake was sitting at the bottom of the cup.
It’s one thing for me to wait for ten minutes, but it’s another to make it not full and such garbage quality.

It’s the classic steak burger we all grew up with and have learned to love , this location really has put alot of work into cleaning up the place and terrific professional service.

I do like Steak and shake but the delivery took and hour and 20 minutes. And my food was ice cold . Very disappointing. Sad I had to pay for cold food. It probably would have been better to walk to the restaurant and walk it back.
