Like the rest of this world this is another establishment going down the tubes. I walk in to people in the kitchen cooking not even acknowledging customers just a sign that says order your food on a kiosk, then ask for a tip! Ha. Wow a tip for no one helping me or taking my order. How pathetic. Also, I have food sitting on the counter next to me no one calls my order number or name while waiting my milkshakes come up they call my name all while the food sitting there was mine and no one had any idea who’s food it was! Don’t wast your time just cook at home.

They’ve gotten rid of all severs, so the atmosphere for experience for an old time diner is gone. They did not have straws, and we asked for straws. We were told they were out by the sodas machines, and they were not. And when someone was able to get straws, I didn’t bother refilling empty straws, and nobody got straws… so let’s get rid of the order at a kiosk, and actually have some human contact.

I’ve been here a bit, and I will stop in with my family every now and then . The food has always been good, as well as the shakes for dining in takeout or the drive thru . If you are dining in, it’s definitely changed a bit since covid . Everyone has a kiosk now, and so does steak and shake . I will say I miss the waitresses taking orders. I felt it was very much part of the atmosphere, especially when you see a friendly face with a good attitude. You can’t get that from a kiosk . Other than that, food is still good, and shakes are always great on a hot summer day.
