This is an alright establishment. It is electronic order, so if you have a big group, it can take awhile. There isn’t much service, other than when they call your name to give you food, which the lady who did was very nice. The floors and chairs were a little sticky. The food was fine and the shakes were good. All in all, we enjoyed our visit.

I ordered dinner via delivery a couple nights ago, and after 30 minutes my order was canceled with no explanation. I was of course upset and confused, but Sabrina the owner reached out to me that night, and we figured out the dasher took my meal and kept it for themselves. Sabrina went above and beyond and had my meal remade the next night. People suck, but thankfully there’s still good ones out there like Sabrina. Will definitely be giving this place my business again! ❤️

Mobile ordering is a joke on this location. 25 minutes wait for us to pickup our food is ridiculous! Some employees tonight 8/11/23 have no sense of urgency. Food is not even fresh.We have to throw our fries in air fryer when we got home because the fries seems old and not even hot. Same thing with our sandwiches!!! Too many customers keep leaving because of the wait time to get food. Pls do better!

The night crew completely sucks. Literally we purchased a #8 & a #5 with a garlic bun . Both buns came only with garlic season and no garlic spread . Not to mention , i tried to scan and get a discount from my rewards and the cashier had no clue what i was doing , he asked me was my reward for a free shake i said no , it’s for $2 off my next meal and he was completely lost when i told him he was supposed to scan my rewards . So i asked him did he know what a scanner was and if this location owned one , he told me no . But on the side of the building where the drive thru is , clearly states to download the Steak n Shake app and scan and receive rewards

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. The restaurant was clean, the food was prepared quickly, and the food was delicious. We ordered our burgers with no onions but were served with onions. Not a big deal though because we just slid them off the burgers. Other than that it was perfect. Great place for a family outting.
