This is s Steak n Shake location on Brandon Boulevard. In this review, I used Doordash for my experience. The website was efficient and tracked my order. My food came in on time and my dasher; Denys messaged me whenever she picked up the food and arrived at my house.

They’ve streamlined operations to keep food prices low. Personally I like the self order kiosks they are using. While there are better burgers at other places, nothing comes close to the affordability of steak and shake. I got a combo burger and fries for $4.44! Best deal on the planet I’d say! The bathrooms could use a little attention though. Considering they are running on a skeleton crew I’ll not be at them up over it.

The dark skin young girl with long fake nails in drive through window this last few weeks has been extremely rude and inappropriate. I used to spend over $20 here atleast 5 days a week. Will never go back and advise if she is still working there for everyone to stay far away from this place. She must be new or newish because it’s been within the last few weeks ive had to deal with her and I want her held accountable for the way she treated me and handled my food. I want James to reach out to me or someone higher up. The way she acts is unacceptable.

I placed an order on 6/25 for $10.19 through the online rewards and prepaid. Although the store was supposed to open at 10 AM, when I got there it was closed and I did not get the food I paid for. I have tried twice by email asking for a refund and had no response. At least give me a tax form for the charitable donation I gave.

Fast, super friendly service, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to please my little one after she accidentally dropped her shake and burst into tears.
