I stopped for a burger, fries and iced tea. The first thing I noticed was how clean the location was and the friendliness of the staff.
My food was prepared perfectly and I sat for a few extra minutes enjoying the atmosphere.
I noticed a beautiful floral arrangement outside the restroom. The restroom was immaculate with full supplies.
I enquired into to who designed the floral arrangement and it was presented by one of the manager’s wives.
This is a great place to visit for some great food.

Not all Steak ‘n Shake are created equal, I stopped going to the Lakeland branch restaurants because the lack of cleanliness, poor service and quality food preparation.
But this Brandon branch surprise me with self ordering on monitors and picking up your self the order. For me, this new type of restaurant concept takes away the eating out where a friendly server care for your appetite desires. I was lost most of the time and I ended asking a customer about the whole process. The manager was exceptional bringing my order to our tables, freshly hot and perfectly prepared. Although they missed my cheese fries, they didn’t mention that I suppose to get your own drink by scanning a qr code from the recipe. I don’t like this new concept much less in my favorite restaurant to a frisco melt burger.
The bathroom was impeccable clean.
We spend $28 plus I’m a good tipper which was completely unnecessary because I served myself practically but I included a 20%.
I rather go to Culvers for a buttery’s burger for less than $22 for 2 persons.

This location is going to trash fast. Ordered online for myself and daughter. When food arrived, absolutely no fries with either meal, food felt dry and was very haphazardly put together. Couldn’t enjoy my meal due to having to find something else to go along with half her food. Appeared someone punch the top of the burger and forgot how to assemble a simple order.

This is s Steak n Shake location on Brandon Boulevard. In this review, I used Doordash for my experience. The website was efficient and tracked my order. My food came in on time and my dasher; Denys messaged me whenever she picked up the food and arrived at my house.
The food itself is pretty good. I got the Garlic Steakburger Combo with an Oreo milkshake. The burger was moist; and had a good flavor. Sometimes, I felt the flavors to be a little too overwhelming. The fries were minimal, but their shape and size made them easy to eat. My milkshake was okay; but I had no problems and drank it all the way to the end. Overall, would recommend Steak n Shake for delivery.

I had a great experience at Steak ‘n Shake! I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was delicious—fresh, hot, and made just the way I asked. The service was speedy and friendly, and my order was 100% correct. It’s always nice when everything goes smoothly. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Since I was a child I was obsessed with the chili mac and it has really gotten so pitiful. I’ve tried 3 locations in the last month, this one and two in Tampa, and I have to say I just can’t eat there any more. The last order from this store came with almost a full fork full of chili/meat. The order with it for 3$ extra meat and sauce was two fork fulls. I can remember when the meal looked just like the menu on a large plate full of spaghetti. This is what I got and both meals were cold and I combined both into one container. Below is what it looks like in the ad vs what I got without adding the extra meat. Yall got to do better. It was a great dish. Charge more if ya have to, but bring it back.

If I could give a zero star, I definitely would. I was coming to pick up an order today was supposed to have My order ready by 4:30. All of the staff including management looked at me I’ve asked for help and they just completely ignored me. Horrible hospitality I didn’t get my food until the next shift came on at 5:15pm , And the order was literally just fries and a milkshake two simple things. Never coming here again Just horrible do better
