We are regular customers here it’s always the same order. Today we came in and it was not busy. We waited 20 minutes for food and the cheese on one sandwich is not even melted and the food is not hot. I’m not sure what’s happened we love coming here. And this is not impressive. When we asked where I food was the one lady snapped off it’s coming. Instead of serving the dine in customers every order went to Togo orders.

Food was great and fast. An employee helped me figure out the fountain drink machine after my mom came back with water and said it was broken. She was great! You have to scan a code from your receipt for it to work now! Technology jeez lol. I would definitely eat here again. Thank you!

So I just recently ordered from here like a couple days ago but I figured I’d be honest. So I ordered a pretty big order I spent almost $60 at this place because I was ordering for my family and when I got my food, there were parts to my combo that were missing, (the bag was sealed with the red sticker and wasn’t tampered with, so my Uber courier did not take any of my food by the way)and there weren’t any condiments on my mom’s sandwich it was just bone dry, so I called the establishment and the general manager was very nice enough for him to drop his food off at my address so that was really nice of him so that’s why I gave this review for three stars.

got steak n shake delivered. messed up both my burgers and forgot my fries I aid extra for and then forgot 2 of my sauces which was .60 cents each. but gave me ketchup I didn’t ask for. the only got my onion rings and 2 drinks right. didn’t realize it was so hard to read a ticket to make someone their food. or to remember to put food in a bag. this place is a joke. they deserve a 0 star….

I’m probably being generous. The service is non-existent as you place your own order and pick up your own food. The prices have gone up to where the value is gone and the atmosphere feels, at best, like an empty cafateria. You get your number called and before you can get to the counter, they’re gone. The food has become lack luster and carries an after taste. Sad to see another staple chain sucumb to corporate greed.

A breath of fresh air!!! The service my drive thru girl i wished I would have got her name but she was a sweet young lady with manner and the best customer service!!! You don’t get that anywhere anymore or atleast I thought! The food was fresh and outstanding which is so hard to fine as well!!!

First i want to say omg.this store is known to be miserable and slower than life itself. Ok so I want to personally thank the young man by the name of Ty.this gentleman although young and with his own style was clean and carried himself and spoke wonderful to me and my wife .he went over our complicated order multiple times without and attitude or mistakes and made sure we knew exactly what we ordered. The young lady at the window created us with a smile and the 2 of them worked great together. She had me pull up into a spot and surprised to me in about 6 or 7 minutes my food came out and was perfect .our sandwiches were on point as well as the fries and our shakes were perfect..again I want to thank Ty for the way we were treated as a lot of times young folks in today’s world treat me in a bad way based on my looks .we will stop in this store every time I come to gastonia and I hope to see him again .

We ordered take out. Fries were terrible but the burgers were good. Everything was hot, but the fries were way overcooked like they had been re-dipped in fryer multiple times.

Very good. The burger looked really greasy, but it was fantastic, and the 4 for 4 is a great deal. I went during the lunch rush and it did take a while for my server to bring me my receipt and a to go drink, but still it was a very nice experience.
They have great shakes too! Try to go during happy hour (from life 2 to 4?) to get them cheap.
