Rudest place to order from they completely lie about messing up people’s orders and blame the door dash drivers for not getting touch with people. When they go to the wrong apartment and call to conft which is mine smdh these people need new management and csr is a negative 50 cause when you don’t have any more fries on a Monday sor to lazy to go to the walk in to make some cause eh you just dont care worst resurant i have ever had to get smashed food from man do better and i hope corporate people see this couldnt even call to touch base

This specific location has really done a 180 in the last several weeks. Prior to that, I’d visited about 4 times in about 1.5 months and was only able to actually order food once. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and just the worst energy to be around. I can now say that I am actually excited to be able to eat here again! Management has made some seriously needed changes in removing the bad apples that were very likely killing the business. I’d have given a full 5 stars for the food but the burger was swimming in garlic salt and sauce, a little too much if there’s such a thing lol!

The food was good, and it was somewhat served in a timely manner. This is not meant to put down on the staff they did the job they were there to perform and I was satisfied with that. But it isn’t the family-friendly Steak and Shake of old anymore. A kiosk array greets you as you walk in the door instead of a friendly cashier followed by a desolate lobby with no servers, Drinks and condiments, well, that’s self serve too. All in all, it’s just a place to eat and nothing more. Half the staff and higher prices too.

One employee working. None of the machines took cash. There was barely any interaction between employees and the 2 customers that were in there at lunch time. Putting kiosk up as a check out option is not the right move for what looks like a vintage diner. The place looked dirty and dead. The bathrooms were filthy. I use to love the food here. We left. We didnt order anything because of how nasty the place looked.

This was my first and last visit to this place. When my number was called I went to the counter. Everything was ready except my two strawberry shakes. I waited until I could ask someone about my drinks. It took a total of asking three people before I got my drinks (approximately 10 minutes). By that time my food was cold. The fries were virtually inedible. Will not be back. I paid almost 20 dollars for this meal.

We ordered our food got our drinks and had a seat. We sat there 25 minutes and our order still hadn’t come up. My wife went to investigate and the woman behind the counter gave her a terrible attitude as if we were inconveniencing her. Took another 5 minutes for the order to come up. The lady slammed the tray on the counter and mumbled our order. Food was at best lukewarm to cold. We ate as quickly as we could and left. As we were leaving, the two front doors to the restaurant had been LOCKED, which is a fire hazard and illegal when there are customers INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. Worst experience ever at a Steak and Shake restaurant.

They were short staffed, which okay, I get it. But we waited over 40 minutes for our food…which I was like OKAY THATS FINE. But THEN when we got the food, it’s not fresh, and there was a hair sticking out of one of the burgers. The manager issued us a refund and was friendly about it but I’ve never been more dissatisfied with this place.

On a VERY slow Thursday at 4 pm. This Place was absolutely FILTHY! There was a soiled diaper at the front door (I even told the manager) that was still there when we left. They advertised a 4 for 4 meal all over the windows and a sign outside but would not honor it because maitenance hadn’t removed the signs yet?? The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were covered in spilled drinks? They were dead and no one was cleaning!!!I would have left but I had several people and we had already ordered food and drinks. I would have taken pictures of the restaurant part but couldn’t without causing issues. I would give them a *0* stars if it was offered. We will NEVER return!!

Never was greeted when me and 2 others walked in. Had to use a kiosk to order the food. It was dead inside. The drink machine area was ok at best, no straws, our orders came out as a to go bag instead of on a dine in tray. There was no interaction with the staff unless you had a question to ask. Don’t think I’ll be visiting anymore.
