We just moved here and wanted to check out the local eateries without traveling far from the house. This place was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t have done a better job. I believe her name was Georgia. Her enthusiasm definitely made the experience even better! The food was 10/10 and the desert was an 11/10. So good we couldn’t wait to get a picture before eatting it!!

Enjoyed Valentines Day 2026 at Steady Eddies. Spectacular service all around. While eating the Arancini dish, I said WOW multiple times. We had two fantastic deserts: blood orange tarte and peanut butter pie. My only regret is that we didn’t order two more of thoes deserts to go! Such creative dishes there and they never dissapoint.

I rarely give 5 stars on all categories, but this place truly meets all categories without a shadow of doubt. The place is nicely setup, spacious and with comfortable seating, the server was just fantastic and the cherry on top was the food which was carefully made fresh, delicious and sized very well. Honestly at leaving I wanted to turn back in and order something to go as we are just passing by. We will return one way or another.

Nice atmosphere. I ordered a full Greek salad. It was very good but TINY. It makes me wonder what a half order looks like. I guess the full size salads are not considered a meal, like other restaurants. I will definitely come back, and remember to order an appetizer or some else with the salad.
Review from additional visit. Had two Blue Crab rolls, side of marinated cumbers, and Lavender Cake for Mother’s Day Supper. The food was good again. Still an awesome atmosphere. The food came out slow but was warm. Portions are still kind of small, but I guess most restaurants serve too much anyways.

Dropped into Steady Eddy’s for quick dinner. We sat at the rail and had great service with Melanie! Dinner was delicious. Highly recommend Ash and Elm cider.

Wow. FW Outfitters 2nd location is one I wish I’d tried earlier. The kayaking was amazing – park inside the fenced area and walk down to the water a short distance on a mulched trail. We really enjoyed a beautiful time on the water.
Then we had a wonderful roasted chicken sandwich. The waitress was wonderful when we asked her to split it for us (90 degree weather takes away your appetite). The service was great and the atmosphere was cleverly designed in a water sport motif with cute family photos around.
I’ll be back – for both food and water sports. Awesome day!

Thought food was a little price. My chicken was amazing but the bread was to hard. The soup was great and my friend had the grilled cheese tomato jam and said was amazing. Nice inside and service was great.

We are continuing a new tradition of having brunch at Steady Eddy’s on New Year’s day. We started off with Mamossas, cinnamon rolls, mini house and Cesar salads. The eggs Benedict were superb as was the BLT with avocado. Great service, friendly place – great way to start the New Year!

Great place to grab lunch when driving back from Indianapolis. The entrees are delicious and the beer was great. It’s got a good vibe and you only need to go off the beaten path a little. Totally worth a side trip.
