This Pizza Hut location has very professional staff members that make contact with customers as soon as they arrive and come into the store. The food check times are very accurate and the food always comes out good,in my opinion. Keep up the good work

Well I call to place an order and I was hung up on, so I went in to the place to order and the person that hung up on me came up to the register and started with me again he was black with tattoos all over his face, he was very rude and I told them to give back my money because of his rudeness I wasn’t gonna spend my money in here he than threw my money at me and I push his iPad on the floor and he followed me outside and wanted to fight . I will never go there again and he needs to be fried if that’s how he treat customers. It was take out

Upon arrival I was not greeted by the multiple of young employees just standing around. When one of them choose to acknowledge me, I was greeted and I quote “Yea, what’s up?”
I was then given my big box that barely closed, when I asked for some tape since I needed to transport it home I was told there wasn’t any tape or stickers.
Once home I realized why the box couldn’t proper close. The two pizza were just tossed into the box, the cheesy bread was well seasoned however closed and the boneless chicken barely had any honey barbecued sauce.
This was our first time ordering from this location and now it makes perfect sense why they are always empty when I conduct my shopping across the lot at Acme.
Horrible customer service, horrible product quality, and presentation.

Second time now that I’ve had to argue with the lil girl employee over MY FOOD. I’m not about to have my blood pressure go up every time I want pizza because they hire disrespectful employees. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate about this because this isn’t the first time. I’m disgusted. She needs to be fired if this is how she treats customers.

Nope. So I ordered the “creamy chicken alfredo” the sauce was not creamy at all it was dripping from my fork. I ordered cheese sticks and got regular breadsticks and i ordered the pepperoni lover and got cheese bread 😐 non of the food taste like anything the good quality has gone all the way down. Tasteless food

I was excited to have pizza hut back in the area BUT first visit pizza was undercooked and we all noticed immediately the sauce was watered down. So I gave it another try and this is what they gave me for an 8 piece boneless wings. 1 wing and a bunch of crumbs.had to go back and return it.i am extremely disappointed. Even though service was fine they should never send food out like this. I’m done with this location.

So I was so stoked to learn a new pizza hut location opened near me again. (the previous left a while ago) I told everyone at work and like a funny little story I added it to almost all of my mindless smaller conversations. So anyway we order expectations fairly high because it’s still a new opening and most likely will be on top of their game… Well nope. I honestly don’t know how. And I literally added a star because of how insane this is but it’s both burnt and under done…. Don’t ask me how just look at the pictures….. Plus I may be remembering incorrectly but wasn’t pizza hut the founders of putting that dollhouse table in the box so it don’t get smushed???!!! Well not anymore… I am so disappointed and I wanted it to be a homerun so we could keep ordering. But my gf. Just said “see told you we shouldn’t order” so I guess it’s a one and done for us. Sorry ridley and interboro it’s back to no pizza hut it looks like. Sad to see right.

My food was awesome, I don’t understand all of these negative reviews. It is Pizza Hut, you’re not going to have a French chef back there with a tall white hat. As far as kids working there, yes, this is where kids usually start working, at fast food restaurants, Unlike you those of you making nasty comments about kids working there, I guess you jumped into the corporate world at the age of 14 or 15!

I ordered New Yorker extra cheese and pepperoni. Only half of my pizza had pepperoni and didn’t look like extra of either and the crust was paper thin and soggy. They also did not include my extra side dips.
