First time to eat here. I had the Banana Nut Crepes and has browns and 2 eggs. They were delicious. I recommend this place to eat. Atmosphere is good. Service is fantastic. My server was the lovely Kaydence. Lots of parking. Workers seem to be enjoying their job. I’ll bring my family here again. The only this is they are open until 2pm only. Highly recommend this place.

New favorite stop before heading out on the interstate. The drive through service is amazing. Staff are chill and friendly. Eggs are bought locally, they don’t skimp on the bacon, AND their specialty coffees are better than other shops in the area. (Ahem, Starbucks). Got a caramel pecan macchiato and it was DELICIOUS.

Always busy! Worth any wait time! Cat head biscuits! Cinnamon rolls as big as a dinner plate! Can order cinnamon rolls in drive thru! Staff super friendly. Have good local hot sauces. Had Biscuit gravy, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Empty plate at end!

Let me give you some solid advice. When you need to start your day on a +++ note, have breakfast at the Clifton Starvin’ Arvin’s! Walk in the door and the staff welcomes you like they know you….oh yeah, they do. Wait times to get seated are never long enough that you think of leaving for other options or keeling over from hunger. Once seated, wait staff or managers get drink orders asap and return with hot coffee or a specialty coffee from their in house purveyor, Palisade Coffee Bar quickly (specialty drinks take specialty time, be patient). Let’s chat about the food…great selection, substantial servings and crepes (my side of choice)! Always a solid performance from the S.A. staff. Btw, if you’re looking for ‘Cracker Barrel’ glam, you’re missing the point.

I wanna give a special mention to Nacho (he’s the big Hawaiian Latino guy). Although he was busy tending to business, he took the time to chat with me when I engaged him. He’s a family man, pup dad, business man and “neat” (for you younger folks…rizz). Thx Nacho for making my day. Go see ’em all!

This place has gotten a lot worse over the years. It seems like they are using less quality food and charging more. $3 for one piece of bacon. Really? I could buy a lb of thick slice Applewood smoked bacon for what it cost for three pieces. If anybody could suggest a good breakfast place in Grand Junction I would appreciate it.

This review is just for the drive through aspect of the restaurant. I was extremely happy with my first experience through drive through!!! Fast, friendly, and cheap. I got a breakfast burrito for 5.50 at 7am and was back on the road before 7:10am!!! Super tasty and great size (I’m a BIG guy). Definitely gonna come through a lot more!!!

I’m so disappointed. I can rarely make it to this restaurant because they close at 2. I took some days off and was looking forward to a meal here. First I waited over 10 minutes with no server coming to my table. One older gentleman came over to the table across from me a couple times. I was going to get his attention when someone else came by to get the ketchup? from my table. I asked him about someone taking my order and he took it. The onion rings were barely cooked and the bread for my sandwich barely barely toasted and my soda was flat. I never have complaints about my food but today just wasn’t my day. Even the server didn’t seem very interested in collecting my money. The ticket says to pay your server. I finally took most of my tip back and left enough to cover my bill and left. It wasn’t very busy and I did get here at 1. Maybe the food doesn’t get the same attention when it’s getting closer to closing time? I know you all can do better.
All this being said, I’ve never had a bad experience here like this before.

The place has gone downhill for years. When we came in we were seated right away but it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. The male waiter guy (Bigger guy that’s about 5’9) he literally was the worst waiter. He got our food order 15 minutes after our drinks. Than when we both got the hobo breakfast our cheese wasn’t melted, the food wasn’t hot, and the pancakes were cold. We tried getting the waiter attention but no response. We had to ask for a manager and he only comped us our drinks when we didn’t even eat half our food because it was that bad. I would recommend Mary’s in orchard mesa. Do not ever come to starvin arvin in clifton.

We went in hoping for a good breakfast. We got sat down and waited 10 minutes for our drink order. The waitress never even brought it to us. 15 minutes later the manager came and asked us what we wanted and 20 minutes later we still haven’t gotten our order. We didn’t get a drink fill up or anything. There was 3 other tables around us that were there longer than us that still haven’t ordered their food.
