First off, the interior of the building is beautiful — and that’s about where the positives end. The food, unfortunately, was a 2/10. The lemon pepper wings had no pepper, were oddly shaped, and lacked flavor. The chicken egg rolls were just as disappointing.
The martini didn’t help either — it was flat and uninspired. Not to sound arrogant but as someone who works in a bar, I know what goes into a martini and what it should taste like, and this one completely missed the mark.
I don’t want to discourage anyone from giving this place a try, but my experience was unsatisfactory from start to finish. Normally, I’ll give a restaurant a second chance, but the hostess seemed disengaged and didn’t make any effort to address my concerns.
Despite paying for everything we ordered, the overall experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, this was both my first and last visit.

We visited for lunch on a Saturday. Service was a bit slow but they seemed understaffed or overwhelmed so understandable.
All of our dishes were great, fish and chips, fish tacos with sweet potato fries and a burger with a gluten free bun and mashed potatoes. We also had the shrimp and crab dip which was good as well.
Clean restaurant, comfy seating, enjoyed our first time in.

Date night with hubby and we chose here, no regrets. I gave 4 stars for food because my appetizer was better than my meal. My meal was the fish . Overall the service was very good and atmosphere was very good. I’d go back.

(See 8/10/25 update below) Took my wife for Birthday dinner. Our server Kellie could not have been more attentive! The food was delicious!! I had a fried mushroom appetizer (Excellent!), then the Meatloaf no.9 (Scrumptious) and then the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake (Wow!). My wife had the Shrooms too and loved them, then the Sedona Shrimp Pasta (Loved it!) and then the mini cinnamon fried donuts (Soooo good!). Even the ice tea was delicious and had a great fresh-brewed tea flavor!

Heard from manager on this matter below & I understand the situation that caused this. Also lifting my rating back to 5 stars due to the manager’s explanation. We will be back to Houlihan’s!

Dropping the rating, one reason I loved this place was the Meatloaf No 9. Well, I was there shortly after 5pm on 8/2 and this Meatloaf No 9 was really bad. They had not sauteed the green beans in garlic butter (they were just damp, steamed & lukewarm). The slices of meatloaf were always seared on both sides (they were not seared at all and just slightly warm slices of lukewarm meatloaf). An experience I will not repeat. Our server Cindy was very good and I mentioned this to her as well. She brought more green beans but they were just damp and wet. I do not plan to return as I would need to tell them how to make it like they used to.

We have been to Houlihan’s countless times. Normally the food is decent. I The service is actually always great. Today we took my sister for the first time, and it was just not good at all. Our young server was very snitty and complained immediately about how busy it had been for her all day mind you this is at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. We ordered fish and chips which my husband really liked that’s the best part of any food that we got, my sister’s chicken wrap, had to be eaten with a knife and fork because it was very poorly constructed her french fries were hard and seemed like they had been sitting around for a while. I ordered a salad and the chicken was overdone, and it was loaded with more purple onion than lettuce I also ordered a side of fries, which didn’t come till I was done with the salad. We waited an hour for those three items to come. I mentioned to our server that we had been waiting an hour, and I thought her head was going to pop off. Luckily, right behind her we could see our meal was coming out of the kitchen. The food was lackluster at best except for the fish and chips

I don’t know if they didn’t have enough people working or what but the service was non-existent. We ordered drinks that didn’t come for almost a half hour. Our food came out late too. The waiter/waitress combo left us sitting there for long stretches and didn’t bring the check until I asked. The food was fine, the drinks were fine but I don’t have two hours to spend on lunch and that’s what it became.

Fantastic place to catch an after work. Happy hour, drink and meal. The bartenders and staff are fantastic and friendly people who always have a suggestion for what’s good (try the fried mushrooms!). Prices are great as well. Happy hour can be VERY busy and loud, though, so it might not be your place if you’re looking for a quiet little getaway.

Went there Friday for soup and salad, quality has really declined in the past month. Ceasar salad had no parm cheese on top but the biggest change was on the onion soup the i used to love! Next to no cheese baked on top and cheese was of a lower quality with a huge amount of bread. Very disappointing! Prices have increased and quality decreased. I was advised to seat myself in the bar area, while walking to the bar area, i observed numerous empty tables. It was so cold in the bar area that i put on my coat. Service was slow and i was freezing and angry. I told the bartender/ waitress that i was moving and angry about the freezing temperature. A hostess then appeared to tell me that they were trying to get the heat repaired. Honestly, customers should be TOLD there was no heat before being seated! Was going to purchase gift cards but due to poor quality food and freezing atmosphere, i left!
