we are not from Texas so had never been to or heard of a stars. I got a coupon in the mail for a$1 large drink so was going to buy my child( who is severely cognitively disabled) something to drink. I did not know how it worked and I don’t drive. We stood there for a good 5 minutes with employees staring at us, ignoring us and what seemed like laughing at us. A no point did anyone ask if we needed anything or explain anything. It made me feel completely uncomfortable.

Chicken was juicy inside and had great flavor. Basket was packed with chicken, fries, toast, onion rings, and gravy. Customer service was better here than other stars locations.
