It was a bit loud for my personal taste because there was a friend group right next to us enjoying themselves. This is not really a downer for the establishment, but nice that it is a safe place for you to have fun with friends I would say.
Ravioli, salad, ham with melon, tiramisu – all were excellent and the beer was cold which was not that obvious in all restaurants.
We had dinner with my wife in this trattoria restaurant serving typical Ligurian cuisine located in the Genoa district of Albaro near Corso Italia at an inside table in the small internal room and with several tables also outdoors.
This restaurant is known for the orimi and above all for the homemade pesto which was made by Luca’s mother whose name was Lucia, who unfortunately died in December last year but her son Luca continues to follow his mother’s recipes with enormous success.
For first courses we had trofie with pesto
and chestnut trofie with pesto and as second courses a sliced beef with rocket and parmesan and grilled vegetables.
For dessert we shared a delicious cheesecake.
Everything was good, only the cut, although very good, was a little tough and had a lot of nerves.
Numerous welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly and helpful staff while the service was attentive and fast and the prices were right for the quality of the dishes.
