The weekends are the busiest full parking large wait. There is a server named Heather who always has an attitude and takes it out on other coworkers. I usually never write these, but this was just a horrible experience. My partner and I stopped in very early Monday morning. We were greeted instantly and our waitress was amazing! But the cook made us feel so unwelcomed. He seemed very aggrevated and bothered that he had to get up and cook for us. He was mumbling and slamming the pans around while cooking then stormed off once finished. The waitress also appeared bothered by his attitude. Was excited to see a Waffle house in my hometown although we will still make the drive to Peachtree City.

This is my 199th time… Let’s just say I’ve eaten at waffle house a lot. The place was packed and still had top-level customer service, the food came quick and everything we ordered was amazing. We had a party of five, the waffles were made to perfection, and THE GRITS!!!!!! they were almost as good as my granny’s. The manager, cook and staff who worked on new years @12:30 noon time… deserve a big pat on the back. I tip my server good. I was close to going to the bank to bring a 500$ tip for the entire crew… but the wife told me to chill

I had to give at least 2 stars. The wait staff was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was excellent. Service was quick. We were so pleased. However, enroute home my husband and I both got hit with urgent gastrointestinal distress. I will spare you the details… however we are violently ill from something we ate. We had the sausage and egg hash brown bowls and coffee. I hate to leave this kind of review but I feel it necessary to warn others. I’m sure they will see this and do what’s necessary to look into the issue and get it corrected.
