The actual Starbucks store never failed me it’s always the ones in the stores set up. I went this week after my appointment and asked for my drink, which I always get with whipped cream, and the lady said she couldn’t do that because the whipped cream is runny with cream foam. I was confused why she couldn’t make a customer’s drink as asked. Is that what being a barista is, to serve how I know my drink? SMH. She had black hair and glasses, and upon giving me my drink, she had an attitude because I simply said, ‘That’s exactly how I get MY drink at Any other Starbucks?’ SMH. I was nice the whole time for to be so rude even while making it like if me asking for what i wanted bothered her ?? I didnt know my drink was such a problem till then

The barista made the drink wrong. Then I had asked for two shots of espresso to be added to one drink she added 2 shot to the double batch she made. Questioned her about it she just blew me off. This is one of my regular Starbucks as they usually make good drinks. But the last few times the barista has not made drinks like I asked. If I’m paying over 14 dollars for two drinks they should be as I ordered.

My husband and daughter were there today at 5:35 pm and they were told they couldn’t make their pink drinks because they were close.
They got home so sad and I call the store and I was told they close at 6 but they close their machines early but as far as I know there is no need of a espresso machine for a pink drink. Their excuse was they are short I stuff but honestly there is always an excuse with that location. We got to the location at east wenatchee across the mall 5 minutes before closing and they did our drinks and they gave us such a great customer service.

All Starbucks are essentially the same. They have several non dairy milk choices. They have exactly one gluten free, vegetarian item – – an egg/omelette thing. Fast breakfast in a pinch, but no variety. Customer service is consistently good.

Starbucks Safeway store in Wenatchee definitely needs some retraining on product knowledge and customer service took me over 10 minutes to get a blonde roast pour over and then the Barista seem to be confused about where The Veranda was a blonde roast or a veranda she also indicated that it was Bland worst Starbucks I’ve been in in years
