This place is laughable too bad. I had to give them a star at all. The service that I received was despicable. I got a sandwich made with crumbs on the bread. Nothing I asked for was done right if I could find a piece of lettuce, I would be lucky. I was very upset and disgusting. Their customer service is horrible for the price of what they charge you for a sandwich they should be put out of business I would never buy anything out of there ever again. I couldn’t get my money back and when she remade the sandwich, it didn’t get no better and I am shocked. This is no lie. I don’t care how anyone else feel. I know the service that I received. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. I’m a good person and I don’t give no one a hard time, but don’t play with my money or my food.

i ordered a pastrami sandwich with egg and cheese. They charged me $14 and when I opened it, it didn’t have cheese or even a full strip of pastrami. It’s an insult to the customer. It’s my first time buying here and it will be the last.

This was the worst sandwiches ever. Got the Campbell special what the hell happened to the meat. Subway puts more meat on there sandwiches and I can read the newspaper thru the meat they put on a subway sandwich so it was basically nonexistent. Also ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll ask then to put butter on the roll and put it on the grill I didn’t ask them to flatten it to oblivion and over cook the eggs. It was just awful won’t be getting sandwiches from this store ever again and I would strongly suggest you dont either.

I’ve been going to this krauszers for years and they’ve always made the best sandwich’s around…but since the new ownership they get my sandwich order wrong 50% of the time and SKIMP you on the meat on cheese. Never had this issue before the new owners, if you go I highly recommend having one of the nice lady’s that have been working here for years make your food. New works are terrible and shouldn’t be touching the food!

Terrible. I ordered off of DoorDash and I got a turkey club with just lettuce and cheese and turkey and they gave me bacon. I also got a tuna on a roll it was fishy smelling like it was rotten. Would not recommend getting online or in store these people don’t know what they are doing and they always mess up

Food was good. Indian at register was nice and friendly. Staff behind deli , 2 females no smile , no have a nice day. I pay for good customer service. Thought they were unpleasant for no reason.
