I had to place a large coffee order a few weeks ago which can be stressful but this location was great. The entire staff was friendly and got my order ready in a timely manner. What really made this visit stand out though was Ariel’s excellent customer service. I know this might seem simple to some but she included everyone’s name on the drink orders. Starbucks stopped that practice a while back so I always had to write names on each drink with a sharpie. I just found that doing this made it easier for people at large offices to grab their drinks and go. Thank you Ariel for going above and beyond! I really appreciated that.

This is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been in. Very spacious and comfortable, the order was done right and I enjoyed people watching. There was surprisingly a large amount of parking.

The drinks are good just like other Starbucks. I’ve definitely had my orders made incorrectly many times. My main issue with this starbucks is the staff. At the drive thru they’re very inattentive. They’re more interesting in talking to each other about what they did the night before then helping the customer. Or telling you all about their day or night before. When you’re sitting in your car waiting for your drink you hear everything being said. The never say thank you or goodbye, have a nice day, etc after giving you your drink. If you need anything else forget it. They ignore you after you’ve paid and gotten your order. This is the type of behavior I’ve experienced many times going thru this Starbucks.

Went in yesterday at 6:50am and I was accidentally charged for 2 coffees, so I was refunded one and kept both.

Service was insane. They were amazing.

Mostly every time I have went to this location I have received poor customer service from the employees. Personally, I don’t think that you should apply for this job if you cannot be kind to customers or at least pretend to care about them. Today, I was given the wrong sandwich when my receipt had the shown that I ordered the correct sandwich. I don’t mind mistakes, and I understand they happen but it’s the response that counts. I have always gotten an unpleasant response from workers when I am simply trying to get what I paid an outrageous price for. I would not recommend this location.

Anastasia was a hero and she deserves to be recognized. Starbucks reset my app and stole my well earned stars that were rolled over 400. I contacted corporate and since they couldn’t figure out what happened, I was told they didn’t have to help me and therefore decided not to. I’ve been on the precipice of boycotting Starbucks because they steal from their customers. I was given a gift card and went to use it. I briefly explained the past situation to Anastasia and she apologized on behalf of corporate and took care of my drink order for today. She restored my faith in Starbucks but also just humans in general.

I was recently given a couple of Starbucks gift cards, so I decided to stop by a local Silverdale Starbucks today. In past reviews, I have stated that I usually do not frequent Starbucks; this is still the case, but having some gift cards, I figured I might as well use one and try a nonfat green tea frappuccino; it’s a free drink to me!
Walking inside, it was pretty amazing the size this place was, unlike previous ones I had been to.
Assuming the space I saw would normally be filled with seating during a non-covid period, but I can’t say for sure. But what I can say is this place appeared to be spotless, and items were organized very well.

And since I’m not a frequent visitor of Starbucks, a lot of their menu items seemed foreign to me, Nitro Brew, Pink Drink, Star Dink, Dragon Drink, Espresso Con Panna ???? I can only imagine the dragon drink must have real chunks of a dragon in it, right??? 😉
Well, I wasn’t in the mood to make myself feel like a fool and play the infamous question game. Good thing I had a plan and knew what I wanted!

The barista that helped me was bubbly and friendly as can be; she took my order, I paid and waited. Several minutes went by, and I finally received and took a quick drink and noticed it was much different in taste than my other nonfat green tea frappuccinos from other places; this tasted like green tea slightly sweetened but different than what I am used to. I had to inquire about it, and she told me it was pre-sweetened green tea that comes in a large canister; at that point, all I could figure is there are different suppliers that sell it, I’m sure Starbucks has their own supplier, The drink was honestly good though and no coffee added!

I won’t go into specifics about Starbucks; I think almost everyone knows what they are and what they sell, drinks and some foods.
Every time I have driven by this Starbucks, the line has been long; what am I saying? Every time I drive by ANY Starbucks, the lines are long, lol.

The staff at the Starbucks are friendly, (at least the ones I have been too) almost to friendly, like they are trying to hard, none the less I would rather have “to friendly” than “not friendly enough”!

Although this Starbucks is a stand-alone store, the immediate area has several other businesses; IHOP, Firestone, and Little Ceasers are all neighboring businesses, and they all sort of share parking areas. Also within walking distance is Shari’s Cafe, Quality Inn Suites, 7-Eleven, Hops and Drops Restaurant, and Taco Time, and so many other businesses.

We can’t forget Starbucks was created right here in Seattle Washington, in 1971!

Another great Starbucks! The baristas here are among the best I have met across the country. The seating in plentiful and comfortable, with a large inside lounge, and a large patio. Good parking, plenty of space and easy access.
Enjoy the art on the walls, especially the tributes to our service men and women.
Oh yes, the coffee is great, of course, and so are the bakery items.
I’ll definitely be back for more.

I’m not what’s happened at this location in the last 3 months, but the drive through line is insane, anywhere from 20 to 30 minute wait times, the cashiers can’t seem to find online orders, making me check that I didn’t order it to a different location before they find it. The situation is not much better if you walk in to pick up online orders, they will be looking for your drink for about 10 minutes before you get it and in my case with your ice mostly melted. Disappointing to say the least as I have been coming here for 2 years with no problem before this summer. I hope the baristas can get the support they need to help this location run a bit smoother.
