This location went down hill. Drive thru used to be quick and then it got slow so I started doing mobile orders to pick up inside. That was so convenient I’d order before leaving my house and would pick up. Now when I place an order before I leave my house my drink isn’t ready until a good 8 – 10 minutes after I arrive. I see some staff just standing around even heard someone ask someone else if they can help with anything and was told no. Meanwhile I was still waiting for my drink.
Maybe this is my sign to start making my own coffee at home.

Great, quick, & friendly service from gals. Unfortunately, indoor seating is not allowed; but fortunately, there is more than plenty outdoor seating.
There’s drive thru and reserved parking for Starbucks & quick puck-ups.
On the downside, blueberry scone has more of a fluffy, light bread texture than that of a scone. Not sure when that changed. And loaf options were low this time around.

My normal visits to Starbucks is via the drive-through, so I don’t often see the interior activity. The hour was early, about 8 am. There were 6 or 7 staffers hustling around. With customers in the lobby, a busy drive-through, online orders to deal with, Uber drivers picking up orders, they were focused. It was good team work to watch. It seemed a bit of a wait to get a Grande’ Mocha but I see why, hence the 4 stars for service. Individually, they were clearly on a mission. Kinda fun to watch.

The venti drink I ordered felt very light, turns out it was 2 inches short of full. This is my fault for driving away. Far far away never to return again. $20 for a sandwich, drink and pastry. I knew better so this is on me. You’ve been warned.

I’ve come to this Starbucks twice in the last 5 days or so and both times I ordered a toasted white hot chocolate with soy. Well both times I’ve gotten a coffee drink. This also happened to me while I was in NY a week and a half ago. I asked the barista if there was a suggestion box where I could suggest someone change the HC to hot chocolate so the baristas will stop getting confused and handing me a white chocolate mocha (which is apparently what was given to me today according to the barista). She said she’d send the message along but I don’t think that will be the case so I’ll also be calling because if I stop by another time and I’m given a coffee because someone doesn’t want to read what drink I’ve actually orders I might need to speak to a manager. I know they’re busy a lot of the time but I came and there was only 2 other people in line outside at 2pm. I just want what I ordered and not something rushed like what I got that tastes like scolding hot soy water. No whip or sprinkles. ♀️
