The ice cream here is phenomenal. I’m partial to the coffee oreo which is the best ice cream I have ever had. But their flavor board is Huge for this small neighborhood shop and changes from time to time. You can’t pick wrong. There is reason that there is almost always a line and the staff is always very friendly.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it. If you’re on your way back from Longwood Gardens, this place is worth the detour on the way back. Great flavors, including several very unique and tasty flavors, along with the ones you’d expect to find. Great place.

Best ice cream. I love the corn and avocado, as well as any of the fruity flavors. Staff is very friendly and nice.

We had the mint chocolate chip ice cream and the oreo coffee ice cream. Both were wonderful- with some much stranger flavors on the menu. My wife tried the Corn ice cream- I was too brave to try the exotic dried fruit varieties. Chili powder and cinnamon available for the daring. Definitely a spot for less than common flavors!

I love this place so much, best ice cream ever. The mango with chili powder is so amazing. I am very picky I never thought I would like it, but I absolutely do. I bought 30 ice cream bars because they are so good . I cannot wait to try every flavor ❤️.

This is hands down my favorite ice cream shop in the area. Who puts chiles on ice cream? I do now! The corn ice cream is my favorite, but there are so many other unique offerings to choose from. It’s definitely a good place to take visitors.

Polite staff. Large selection of flavors. Some Latin flavors and some American flavors. They also have Mexican popsicles.
They are a small establishment but they are efficient getting everyone in and out. Portions are good.
I got Mint Chocolate Chip Oreo and Coffee Oreo.

Very good place. This place is very busy and I see why. They have lots of flavors of ice cream and the also have water ice as well. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I’ll admit it was an incredibly toasty afternoon, the kind that makes a ton of people crave ice cream. But the minute I saw the crowd outside this place licking their cones (and a line waiting to order), I knew this establishment was legitimately popular regardless of the weather. My cousin chums and I stopped by here for a palate cleanser mid-afternoon this past Saturday, at their fervent recommendation. This was primarily pitched to me as “Mexican ice cream,” which immediately made me think of churros. That particular flavor (disclaimer – I have no idea if anyone has invented that yet, but the odds favor it) wasn’t on the premises, but there WERE a handful of more exotic options to choose from, including avocado and corn.

The line to get in was sort of perfect in that it was long enough to demonstrate that this place was hopping, but not long enough where you had to wait a significant amount of time – it was a well-oiled machine; it took probably two minutes to get to the counter to order. The fellow at the counter was efficient and kept it moving. My only nitpick (and it’s barely one) was that because of the way the counter display and line is set up, you can’t get a visual on all of the potential flavors until you’re literally right at the spot where you order. I like to get my peepers on the ice cream before I make my selection, but that could be a minority opinion, and you absolutely have the ability to peruse the menu on the wall while you wait as well.

I DID consider an edgy flavor but ultimately wussed out and got the Kit-Kat ice cream. It was delicious and hit the spot. In hindsight, I would have liked to have at least sampled avocado (one cousin chum got that and reported it as “creamy,” which…pretty much sounds like dictionary definition avocado), but it’s hard to argue that I made the wrong choice. We ate them outside in basically a furnace, and the ice cream held up surprisingly well – it was solid/frozen without being freezer-burned and icy.

Admittedly it’s hard to go wrong with almost any ice cream establishment, but this one is pretty great. Without getting political, there’s a pretty prominent picture of Joe Biden on the wall sampling the wares as well. I’m not sure there’s any politician whose ice cream recommendations would sway me (though something tells me William Howard Taft would have known his way around an ice cream cone), but that at least goes to show that this place is renowned enough that it warranted a campaign stop. Strong recommend if you’re in the area, toasty weather or not.
