In all honesty, it’s a really great atmosphere. There seems to be more overall polite and respectful people that work here as a whole in comparison to other Starbucks I have been to. Everyone I have been in contact with is really friendly and is quick to fix any problem remotely occurred. This store feels good for it being a standalone one and it’s one of the newer ones, so lighting and the build of it is pretty nice.

I like Starbucks always will. My daughter’s boyfriend who works at Starbucks out-of-state. I was telling her about the eggnog coming back. She said, mom, you’re not gonna like it. It tastes nasty. Well, I went ahead and tried it. Boy, was she right? It did not even taste like real eggnog. It tastes like it was powdered eggnog. I couldn’t even finish. I end up throwing it away.

i order through the app so i don’t have to wait. i come pick it up about 20 minutes after i place the order which is just one drink. and this is the second time where i come and the order still isn’t ready. i understand they’re busy but what’s the point of preordering if its a longer wait time.

Seems like they have a one item limit thru the drive thru. Couple times already where I’m only able to place an order for a single item. I’ve stayed there and said I’m not done ordering and sometimes they answer back but like today , no one said anything and me not trying to hold everyone else in the line back , I just stay without the rest of my order .

First of all, thanks you for improving the speed of service through your Drive Thru at the Bethal & Jensen location. The Drive thru moves much more quickly now. Secondly, I do have a complaint. On most mornings through the Drive Thru, the workers are topping off the Coffee Cups to the point where coffee leaks out from the under the lid making a mess. This has happen serveral times this week. To make it even more miserable, this store ran out of napkins this morning. How does that happen?

Very disappointed as of recently with my iced coffee. Last week now this week bright and early I swing by on my way to work and grab my usual. I like to say this was my favorite starbucks location for the customer service and great coffee. Now that’s not the case. Last week I ordered my iced coffee and received something closer to a milkshake. It was all creamer and milk and no coffee. I returned right away and asked if I could get it stronger. That’s besides the fact of I already payed for an extra shot that morning. They apologized and remade my coffee and I was on my way. Fast forward to today it’s the same issue, sweet milky coffee iced drink. I didn’t go back this time because of the line behind me. I noticed both times it was the same employee making it so maybe it’s an individual problem of who’s making it or maybe it’s a training problem, who’s to say but I definitely won’t be back anytime soon which is unfortunate because I definitely enjoyed my morning Starbucks, hopefully this can be remedied in the future.
