This location is truly despicable. Don’t expect any fast food from this fast food restaurant. Everyone in there is much older and they move incredibly slow. Anytime there’s a DoorDash order for pick up. You have to wait 20 to 25 minutes to receive the order. If you have an order you want to get from the drive-through you’ll be sitting in the drive-through anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes every time if you really want Arby’s go to a different location this one is not it.

In a world of uncertainty and mediocrity for restaurants and service levels, this Arby’s has remained consistent across multiple visits. Consistently good food and decent but not mind blowing service. The bar is low in general but they certainly haven’t and won’t drive me away as other locations and businesses have.
This is a reliable choice for the area that hasn’t missed any beats.

Ordered a steak gyro, got roast beef instead. Staff was young, friendly and energetic. Besides the wrong order, the only other complaint would be to spend a bit more time picking up in the dining room. Same napkin that was on the floors stayed there during my entire meal and after I left. It was not busy at all. Someone needs to make sure they stay on things and keeping it up to standards.
