today at Bob evens I had the steak broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was pretty OK so it WASENT the best but it definitely was good. The steak was not chewy and bad like most of the places. The banana bread was delicious! And the waitress was so nice and kind.

I can’t believe the way I witnessed a “manager” speak to an elderly couple about a $3 coupon. He was absolutely disrespectful to the major population they serve. I also placed an order that took over 60 minutes and then I decided to leave but not before speaking to the manager he could of cared less and I brought up how he treated his elderly customers and he began to argue with me, telling me he has done this for 20 years. The food is not as good as I remember from the past. Maybe it’s just the changing times, the shrinking portions, or the price to value, which has become a lost memory in our changing world. As with other places, it seems they were short staffed. Anymore….. workers just dont put their effort into quality service. I still like Bob Evans and can still recommend them. It’s a new era… enjoy life when you can. Make good choices.

I’ve been other Bob Evans and have gotten better salads elsewhere is size. Ill let that point slide. And only push them back to two stars… since they had brown lettuce in my salad . Not something I want to eat. Other star lost cause our server was rude and uninviting. Complained about other employees and stomped off on multiple occasions.

I came in to done at 830, granted they close at 9pm, but it isn’t exactly 10 mins before closing or anything. The waitresses and cook talked loudly about how much they hate when people come in an hour before closing, and went back and forth about how rude it is, and people don’t care etc. Needless to say, I got up and left before they could spit in my food or something. A very poor showing and a serious disappointment.

I have dined and ordered carryout and curbside from this location many times without problems. Today, I had to wait a 1/2 hour for my curbside order. I called when I arrived and the woman on the other end said she will bring it out when she had a chance. I waited 10 minutes (this was 1:30 in the afternoon). I realized maybe they are short staffed so I thought I would help the person and just come in the restaurant so they could save time going out to my car. The woman asked whether I was dining in or carryout. I told her my name and I was picking up my curbside order. She said she hadn’t had time to put it together. Another 20 minutes went by.

food made me cry. cold and tasted like cardboard. fries were mid. so much butter on the toast. mac and cheese tasted like water. my roommates came here together and now we will all have to move. this visit caused divorce. 5/5 perfect water in mason jars
