I had never been to this Bob Evans before, and we had a great experience! Our waiter was on top of everything and kept our cups full the entire time, which I always appreciate. The service was friendly and attentive. And of course, I can never leave without getting a caramel mocha — it’s my favorite treat when I stop at Bob Evans!

I love the wildfire chicken salad, but the one I had here was the worst I’ve ever had. They apparently were out of items, so I had a mostly tomato salad with a few other items. They also ran out of iced tea. ♀️. Rolls which are always yummy were ok, but all different sizes. Some regular size, so.e really little (like an egg). The blinds were all closed making it very dark inside. We opened them ourselves. Usually, if I can’t leave a good review, I don’t leave one, but this experience was poor.

Ordered curbside pick-up. When I called to notify them of my arrival, the interaction was very short and unwelcoming. The employee who brought out my food did not greet me. I paid in cash and left a tip, and she walked away without acknowledgment. Customer service is an area that clearly needs improvement.

First time trying Bob Evans. Had a very sweet served named Victoria who did a wonderful job. The food was fantastic! I had the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I didn’t know you had choices of bread so I picked Banana bread, which was super moist. Finished with some pumpkin pie and a scoop of vanilla icecream. Everything was great

I’ve been other Bob Evans and have gotten better salads elsewhere is size. Ill let that point slide. And only push them back to two stars… since they had brown lettuce in my salad . Not something I want to eat. Other star lost cause our server was rude and uninviting. Complained about other employees and stomped off on multiple occasions.

today at Bob evens I had the steak broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was pretty OK so it WASENT the best but it definitely was good. The steak was not chewy and bad like most of the places. The banana bread was delicious! And the waitress was so nice and kind.
