Im actually shocked with the reviews given here for them. I travel for my job and have been to so many different Starbucks. Today when I went in the evening. I took so long to decide what food item I wanted and the young lady at the cash register was so patient. After her Anthony helped me with my food and drink. He did an amazing job. I noticed how great they all work together with teamwork. Anthony went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care off. Thus is now my favorite Starbucks.

On Friday 9-26-25 around 9am I went through drive thru and my son wanted a cake pop last minute so I asked the worker Catherine at the window if I can add on a cake pop. She told me no that I’d have to go around again, so I ordered really quick on mobile order before I paid for my drinks at the window and she still denied me the cake pop. I got my drinks at the window and went inside the store to get the cake pop that took literally less than 20 seconds for the boy inside to politely give me the cake pop. I understand if you’re not supposed to add at the window but I don’t understand why Catherine couldn’t just grab the cake pop really quick after I paid for it already when the boy inside the store grabbed it just as fast as she COULD’VE done it while I was at the window. I was annoyed and disappointed at something so simple she could’ve done. It’s not like I was asking for another drink to be made.

Paid $42 for 4 venti Brown sugar shaken espressos just to finish them in a few sips. The amount of ice they fill the cups with is unacceptable, more than half of the cup! This is not ok for the price we are paying to enjoy a quality coffee. The drink itself was great but the amount given was ridiculous. Not ok.

I will never go here. Working for medical I took someone home from hospital and had to just use the restroom really quick and they told me no I had to buy something is wrong never have I been told that . So people could sit there and use there Wi-Fi but can’t use there restroom is wrong

I love this new Starbucks here in Mendota the Service, Food and Atmosphere is amazing I highly recommend everyone to come check out this new Starbucks location that just opened , and I haven’t been inside but looks really nice I would definitely be coming here again

Very disappointed. I went by at 8 and it was supposed to be opened until 10. The doors were locked and the employees were cleaning up early. No signs on the door or anything. I knocked and they ignored me. No wonder this location has such a low rating.
