When we got there I like the atmosphere of the restaurant. However no one was very helpful in regards to it being our first time and explaining what needs to be done. There wasn’t really any actual people that were servicing people it’s more of you have to go to a counter to order your food and then anytime if you’d like a beer from the beer wall you have to have the bracelet which has to be refilled every time after you use it up for a certain number of ounces. Beer wall thing with the the bracelets fine no problem there. I think it was more so the place head about 6 or 7 people that were wandering around but wouldn’t really ask anyone if they really needed help. I think the really huge major drawback of the restaurant is that they really do need to be doing some server type related things to help people and be cognizant of people coming in for the first time. We sat at the table for about 5 to 10 minutes not knowing exactly what needed to be done. There are signs that say certain things to do certain things but there was really no one to help us until what looked like possibly be a assistant manager or manager possibly that actually came up because we looked kind of dumbfounded in regards to what to do. So the food costs were okay they’re not bad The pizza that we had was pretty good so food okay. Beer choice and options are great as well. But it really goes back to the service you know you walk in not know exactly what to do no one tells you and then there’s people walking around not even recognizing anyone in the place to see if they need help or anything which was I think the huge or the biggest drawback.

Just had 35 people meet us at the Brew wall to celebrate my husbands 60 th bday!! It was amazing!! Staff was so great and accommodating- Diane and her crew just went above and beyond to make it special and so smooth. Food was great! Family and friends loved it! Really recommend it for a small or big gathering. Plus those that drink can get their own beverages- which made it easy.

Pizza and beer. Beer and pizza. Need I say more?
But I will. They offer quite a bit of Italian fare. There are no servers, and you need to go to the food counter and order. They will bring your food to your table. We ordered three different styles pizzas. Butter crust, a deep dish, and a thin crust. All came out of the kitchen in no time and were hot to order. I did like the sauce. There are quite a few pizza choices plus sandwiches, pastas, salads, and appetizers. Our food this night was pretty good.
Now the beer. You get a wristband and tap the beer tap before pouring. It will keep track of the size of the pour and charge you accordingly. I didn’t count, but there are probably around 25 choices of brew on tap. I had a few of the taps sputter, so I did not get a full pour, but that was OK. It meant I could sample more styles.
The indoor seating is nice. Most are high tops. They also have a large outdoor patio area with a fire pit if you choose. The staff are friendly and continued to check on us, removing plates, getting us take home boxes, answering questions, and overall, they were attentive to our needs.

First time, my in-laws were in town, so we decided to come here for lunch.
Food: amazing pizza with great crust.
Service: the blonde waitress was really nice. But the dark and short hair waitress was extremely rude to us, even though we didn’t do anything to her. We came at 11 am on a Saturday, there was only 1 or 2 other parties inside. It wasn’t busy or anything.
Second time, my wife called and wanted to order a pizza to go. The man who picked up the phone was really rude to my wife for no particular reason at all. We wanted to order a brick oven pizza for pick-up, but the man said they couldn’t do pick-up/to go for brick oven pizza.
If you don’t mind the bad service, come and try the pizza.

Went there lastnight for the first time after canceling a night out there at the beginning of Covid. Great selection of beers, wine and alcohol on the wall. My wife and I got the 4 cheese and spinach nuggets, a chicken salad and a Stromboli from Antonio’s next door, which is attached to Brew Wall. Not the wall itself but it is attached as part of the facility. Very good choices for us and we ended up taking some home. It was a little chilly to sit outside, but they do have a spacious patio for those warmer days. You get a bracelet to unlock the taps for tasting and for filling your glass in 32 oz increments and you’re charged a reasonable price per ounce on each pour. Don’t worry, they will alot additional ounces if you ask and if you are deemed sober. Will go again and if you haven’t already, you should go. You will enjoy it!

He finds his favorites and can self pour.
we don’t mind getting up from the table and absolutely just love the food. I’ve never been disappointed. He gets the Pizza nuggets in any variety.
We’ve had different styles of pizzas, burgers, and sandwiches.
Love the patio and we still feel comfortable with our well behaved children.

Absolutely delicious! Came here with family and were very impressed with the food and menu options. There were gluten free and vegetarian options, which was awesome. The service was friendly, quick and helpful with all our questions. My daughter got some amazing chicken tenders from the kids menu. The kids also loved the Wikkistix to play with while they waited for their food. We ate on the patio outside. Super fun, casual, laid back atmosphere. Could’ve hung out for hours. It was a beautiful evening and we were happy to have that option with the kids.
I got the Funky Cold Medina which was out of this world delicious! The poppyseed dressing was savory and a perfect complement to the Gorgonzola cheese. We will absolutely stop here again next time we’re driving through Ohio ! My husband and brother-in-law loved the wall full of brews and flexibility of ounce pours available.

Everything about this place was perfect. I’m not from the area, because I don’t go to Broadview very often, but I’m glad I came across this place. Their whole concept of tapping the wristband to order stuff is super cool, and their wall of alcohol is very impressive. Despite coming in only half an hour before close, all the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. All the food tasted amazing, and the beers I had were great, too. I most certainly will be coming back in the future

First time. Stopped in at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. Not too busy. Staff was friendly. The food was fast and delicious. The only downside was, compared to the location in Broadview Heights, this did not have soda pop on tap. We had to pay extra for a Pepsi. Also, no Jack Daniel’s on the wall like the other location.
