The line at Panda was long so I ended up here and I can’t complain. I had the Kung Pao chicken and it was great. I just had the protein side, no rice or noodles and I gotta say I liked it a lot. Good generous portion of protein, taste was great, spiciness was on point and service by the employees was great as well. I’ve visited this restaurant twice in two weeks so I can say it’s a good option in the mall.

I attempted to purchase a 3-item combo, but they wanted to charge $1 extra for one of the items containing shrimp, despite no reference on the menu or anywhere else that shrimp items were $1 more. When I asked them to show me where it said shrimp was $1 more, they pointed to the pictures on the menu board and said “All the pictures have chicken. The price is only for chicken. Shrimp is $1 more.” I don’t mind paying extra for shrimp, but that is NOT what the menu or signs advertise–they advertise 1 item, 2 item, and 3 item combos with no restrictions stated.

A second or subsequent violation constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per offense.

Today I had a concerning experience while dining here. I started to choke on my food, only to find a piece of metal in it. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, their only response was a casual ‘sorry.’ No further action or concern was shown. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Make sure to avoid this place. The chicken was old tastes rancid, hard to chew and the rice was really old, peas and carrots freezer burned. The manager was also incredibly rude when I asked to exchange my chicken for a fresher side. She threw my money at me and told me to leave. I was nice to her and I didn’t understand why I was treated so terribly. Zero stars on food, zero stars on friendliness. I would never recommend this place for anyone.

Worse food that I have ever had. I’ve been a customer since it first opened. The food was excellent. However, now the food is horrendous. The mixed vegetables were saltier than potato chips. The bourbon street chicken was so bad, I threw it away. Shame!

The girls working the front are extremely rude. And will laugh in your face when confronted. They will talk in Spanish and assume you don’t understand and just talk bad. They called their customers fat and when spoken to they just look at each other and laugh. The atmosphere is miserable. Not friendly at all. The restaurant in general needs better training or just retraining for customer service.
